New Characters and builds!

Hmmm, this is a tough question, but I would say the Argonians win out for me. Ironically I've only ever played ONE Argonian playthorgh, BUT I LOVED IT! Awesome aesthetic, culture, religion, and amazing fighters! I mean they freaking INVADED Mehrunes Dagon during the Oblivion Crises.Badass! But I like all the races.

I've always preferred darkness. Bedsides, with Lady Luck, it's just business. No religious or hocus pocus crap.   

Of course it would be Nocturnal, she helped me with my profession and I will help her in her domain.

I was thinking of somewhere is the deep south, Louisiana or Georgia.From my limited experience of the Fallout series(I've only played 3, NV, and 4), it's mainly stayed out west and up north. I've always wanted to see what the south looks liked after a nuclear apocalypse.
