The gaming community has a big stigma against games when they make that pivot and few manage to keep living with that free to play mantle. I waited a few weeks after launch to buy and therefore got it discounted and patched a bit, ran into bugs and issues but nothing tooooo bad. Regardless though, I find myself struggling to play at this point as I have nothing to do but grind for better legendaries and log on each day when me vendors reset to sell more junk and other stuff. While playing with others is fun and there are some great points to the game unless there is a major content drop (unlikely with their resources being so invested in fixing stuff that probably should have been fixed at launch) I would bet that all the free to play people will quickly grow board and leave too. For the future of Bethesda’s other games though I wish them success with at least making money to fund those projects and to stem the bleeding of all their good will with the fans. less
Amornar commented on Amornar's photo: Spoilers- It is the glassed cavern (prewar mine), basically ground zero for the scoarched beasts and creatures coming out. Where most of the Brotherhood of Steel met their end before the game starts.
Amornar commented on Amornar's photo: Yeah, basically but with a nuke dropped on top of them in addition to their normal crazy state. Photo mode is useful, at some point I’ll play with the filters, this is just base game for me (have to run like medium graphics due to games crap lag).
Yeah, it’s a pretty natural fit for most of us. I’ll post something else soonish to share and see what kind of response this and that gets and consider further postings.
Hey all, I had some free time today at work and decided to write up a bit of a teaser/primer for my DnD campaign world I have been working on off and on over the past few years. Thought it easy and nice to share on here. Let me know if this makes you want...

Amornar commented on Amornar's photo: That is actually in the cranberry bog in the tree-like areas near fissure prime during a nuke. Had killed the queen and was running around after and was like damn photo op!

But yeah, I kind of love Photo Modes in everything now, think it's one of the most basic but awesome little innovations we've had recently, definitely makes it easier to share photos.
Inside the house are the chemistry and tinker benches, stash boxes, wood stove, and a desk with chairs. Have some items from Atomic shop, but used atoms that were earned in game to pay for it.
Outside, because, dude, they have smoke and fire, are the weapons and amor workbenches. There is also a wee porch for sitting in my rocking chair sipping moonshine.
