One of my favorite races in Tamriel lore is the Dwemer. I'm looking for a roleplay heavy build focusing on the dwemer and their technology...kinda a scholar but also a warrior, not a mage.

Deeb's Rust and Steam was a great Dwemer inspired build. All the images appear to be broken right now, but still a great build.

The Long-Chapper's Exterminator is another fantastic Dwemer build. Actually, now that I think on it, I believe both of these were in the Exotics Contest the Character Building group had back in 2016.

    Hi all,

I am playing on the switch version, which is pretty good, but I keep falling back into an honestly boring hack and slash playstyle with a little bit of archery and destruction magic.   I feel a little underwhelmed each time I start out and I lose interest around the time that I go to High Hrothgar for the first time.  I want something a bit unique, taking into factor that I don't have mods.  I tend to play as a little bit of a paragon if that helps as well.

    Any thoughts?

If you stick to a character, go with a Mason build. You'll be sucked in from the first second. The Seraphim is his last build, and not only is it one of his greatest but it seems to suit your playstyle perfectly. You've got a big ol' sword, but it's got one of the most revolutionary Destruction mechanics ever seen on the Vault that'll draw you in straight away.

Is there a list of builds that use the Ordinator perk overhaul? I want to use so many of the builds on here but im unsure if i can adapt them to use ordinator so i figured i would ask for a list or recommended builds that would make for a unique or interesting playthrough?

Hmm, I don't know. We've got a mods tag that just has general mods but we don't have one geared fully towards Ordinator (mostly because we've probably only got a few people modding with Ordinator, or building with it). I can recommend a few builds,

Right, so here's the Unofficial Ordinator tag (meaning that it isn't required, and is only used by a few people). I've done a quick check for all the builds I know of that use Ordinator, so there's probably a few more but I threw the Ordinator tag onto them and now there's at least half a dozen. There might be a few more here and there, but I can't be 100% certain. The Tips and Tricks group also has a pretty decent selection of guides and exploits based on Ordinator, some of it might be useful to you, not sure but it's worth a look.

Can anyone recommend a build that is inspired by Todd McFarlanes Spawn? I am on Xbox one and using ordinator and apocalypse magic.

Hey guys! So recently I found myself wanting to start playing Skyrim all over again. I keep taking periodic breaks because of work and school and I love refreshing at starting new things. I just have a bunch of problems that I innevitably run into. Firstly, I always find myself going back to some sort of sneak/magic related character and eventually losing interest, HOWEVER, I genuinley love and enjoy utilizing sneak (lets face it, you feel like absolute badass), and magic because it just keeps thing interesting and refreshing. I know this totally contradicts what I say, but basically while I enjoy and love thes playstyles, they become quite dull, quite quickly. Ive never been a fan of two-handed or heavy armoured builds and occasionally oppose enchanting, smithing and alchemy, but if its necessary of course I use them. Any refreshing build suggestions relating to sneak/magic or maybe a new build utilizing things I dont necessarily like but that you guys belive would be fun and refreshing? Thank you!

@Luke - Hey Luke sorry but it's pretty late here so I was about to log out when I saw your post and thought to give a quick suggestion before going. The build I 'm linking you is a roleplay build and it will certainly be refreshing to play to say the least. For the build: Click Here .

If you also want to check out some of my builds you can find them at my profile page under the "My Shared Content" tab. I am a big fan of bound weapons so I 'm using bound bow / sword / daggers as main type of attack and other magic skills for support so I think they fall under the category that interests you. If you didn't find anything by tomorrow I can suggest a few more also going at the skyrim character building section and then at the Archives you can find quite a few categories of builds. Hope this helped a bit.

Edit: This one is also a pretty cool build from Shinjin: Click Here

Thanks a bunch! These builds look awesome. Also. I do love using bound weapons. Youre a blessing lol. Also I never really thought of RP based builds but please, if you havee any other exceptional ones, send them my way! The though intrigues me. Preferabley a more neutrally aligned playstyle (so I can still complete certain questlines like DB or Theives Guild and justify it rather than breaking a good-oriented character, however those are still appreciated!!!). Thanks again friend!
