I'm a book hoarder, so this post is definitely in my wheel-house.

Just noticed the typos - sorry about that. My first draft disappeared when I went to save it and I had to start again! I did check back but clearly not thoroughly enough. Not using Picasa again!

Heh, screw typos. :D Anyway, this is very good book. One of the rare ones portraying how actually magic works outside the games. Vampiric Mist? Stealing entire army's strength and giving it to your army? Damn. That gives the Imperial Battlemage title whole new level. It's interesting that it is classified as Destruction though. Yeah, in Oblivion, Destruction had spells that lowered enemies' attributes and skills, but it was restoration that allowed you to Absorb attributes or skills. Interesting indeed. Good find, Idesto. Get me more!

It's a great book! My Nord didn't seem to appreciate its subtleties however

    I'm enjoying this: great idea!

I wonder if I could do that to a broom...

Enchant a broom? Not sure if genius or insanity, but I like it either way.

    I keep thinking of this

Well technically you could use a broom with the atronach forge to make a conjure staff. Not sure if that counts as enchanting a broom

Nah, I want to trap the souls of my enemies by hitting them with a broomstick. More fun that way.

That... Needs to be in ESVI.
