Good ideas! War Fury is simple but practical -- I wonder whether applying a Weakness to Magicka poison, and/or using a vampire follower in conjunction with Necromage, would augment the Battle Fury affect. I suspect at least the latter would work, and possibly the former as well.... Another thing to add to the list of tests!

Combining Dragonrend with Bend Will is another good one in terms of practicality.

Target Practice is awesome for sheer damage. I'm pretty sure Cyclone has a base 100 damage effect to enemies it hits which can be augmented with Destruction potions. Throw in a custom potion and you can easily take that to 250+ damage, for 550+ total  when you add in Soul Tear. Not to mention any physics-related damage they suffer. I bet it'd be really cool to stack two or three Cyclones and "juggle" an enemy in the air before finishing him off with Soul Tear (if he's still alive).

I've got a few possible updates for this discussion as well. I confirmed a way of getting exactly 100% as a Necromage Vampire, without having to sacrifice one of those Alchemist perks. And also, I've nailed down a method to getting exactly +400% Fortify Restoration, to take just a single amulet all the way to 100% Fortify Shouts with no need for the blessing. It calls for "Restoration stacking", but I mean, the nature of 100% Fortify Shouts is pretty exploitative anyway....
