"The Celestial Warlock summons writhing tentacles on the battlefield"

Uh oh, I've seen enough animes to know where this is headed.. haha, I like this build, you really went through it with a fine tooth comb and left no stone unturned, +1 from me

In the end, does the 50 magicka the high elf has more then the other prove worthy, and are Bosmer also tainted by some kind of daedra? Else I'd pick them.

Alright, so it turns out Bosmer are cannibals.. lets just stay with Altmer then.

Very well though-out and presented. It's great to see people are still able to come up with such fresh ideas for builds this late into the game's lifespan, and this one comes across as having the potential to become the ultimate Mage build on here. Great research and execution. A little convoluted for my tastes though. I can't be bothered to jump through that many hoops to hit my stride these days. Hell, I can't even bring myself to play a Mage at all any more being limited to two hotkeys tbh lol. Still, a really cool effort overall. +1

Adrik's (and a few others') builds are the reason im so critical of some. When I see inspired builds like this (and his telvanni) I shake my head when i read builds posted that are obviously not play tested (dispite claims otherwise) and lack originality.

Wow! This is definitely one of the best pure Mage builds on the site! I really appreciate the amount of depth you put into your builds. It really is a worthwhile contribution to the growing number of builds. +1

I love all of the techniques, but a gameplay section would much better illustrate how the warlock should be played.

Yeah, that's why I didn't hit the button - it seems there is a great deal to do before you can experience the point of the build. Plus, it involves a number of exploits which I imagine makes Skyrim game-breakingly easy once achieved. Although they also fit the build's lore, I can't help thinking that trying to maintain the belief that I am in fact Magnus will be hard work and my immersion will be tested to the extreme in such a pursuit.

But they seems like a minor complaints when faced with the level of depth, research and passion encapsulated in this build. As with all your work, reading this page it is a treat for the eyes. The pictures are beautiful, the colours spectacular and presentaion first class. I also really like how you have a passion for staves, something I understand and respect.

    So +1

Well, it started as a discussion about ingredient magintude, then changed to the question whether you can enter Ancestral Glade before Unseen Visions quest and fluently came to my DiD playthrough on Legendary
