Awesome concept here, and great execution. I love me some bleed damage barbarians. Cool use of effects to simulate the Lord's Mail, too. My only real CC here is that the header text looks a bit ... tacky? I'd probably do away with the background behind the header text, and just have the text alone. Simple, clean, done. Besides that, I just can't abide the Tullius armor because, as beautiful as it looks ... I can't stand the sight of my manly barbarian running around with exposed hairy thighs. I wish that set just had some leggings or something!

EDIT: Turns out Perfect Legionnaire actually addresses this. They even mention the Lord's Mail by name, in fact! Check it out:

    General Tullius Armor heavily reworked
    - male and female armor reworked
    - BLUE cloth version is default now!
    - optional RED cloth version
    - pants and sleeves added, finally !
    - properly warming leather gloves added to the bracers, finally!
    - design loosely based on the Lord's Mail artifact from TES III Morrowind
    - Heavy Imperial Boots slightly recolored to be in line with the other equipment
    - Heavy Imperial Bracers slightly recolored to be in line with the other equipment
    - all 3 kinds of Heavy Imperial Helmets slightly recolored to be in line with the other equipment
    - added warming fur elements around the neck and back
    - optional armor meshes without the fur elements

Thanks Teccam  I think DB felt the same about the legs which is why he preferred Blades Armour to be our Lord's Mail. You can see by looking at the Morrowind picture why I liked GT's, they look similar and badass. Or maybe I just prefer a bit of hairy leg?

As for the header text, that's DB's domain so we will se what he says. I cannot art for shit.

Wow, though, Perfect Legionnaire is beautiful!

Its going on across the board. Must be something on Ning's end. I've seen this happen once before and the tags came back a few hours later. Maybe theyre messing around with something?

I second Perfect Legionnaire. I can´t play Skyrim without it anymore. If I´ll ever see Legionnaire running in pale just in skirt, I´ll kill him on sight!

Civil War Leaders Armor Upgrades also adds some leggings to Tullius' Armor, if you're looking for an option that doesn't mess around with the base model too much. The same mod also adjusts Ulfric's Clothes, but you don't have to download that part.

It's a good build Phil & DB. There are a few things I feel are holding it back. I feel like the cool text and surrounding borders are over the top and make the overall presentation look quite tacky. Secondly, I feel like the text in the equipment spreads arent very readable.

Thanks Curse, I appreciate your input  I think we may have a black text version of the spreads, so if DB is ok with it I will switch and see what you think.
