Yeah, what font is that? I personally use Planewalker, a.k.a the Elder Scrolls title font.

Blackadder ITC is the typeface. How would you get Planewalker onto paint?

I dunno. Don't use Paint myself- I make a Libre Office document, add the background image, and export it as an image with text. It's easier for me like that. But, you'll need the font itself to use it, so here it is.
