  That doesn't work - I need to create the poll in our regular poll widget so I can embed it on the front page

  Also I'm not posting up a poll with 29 options! It needs to be 10-12 games at most

  In this case I wouldn't do it anyway. Whats the matter of 10 games if the community plays like 50+ different games? I have to say I didn't know this could be a problem, but maybe feature DB's poll discussion and write a few words about it. Ideally would be a flexible poll where you can add games that people suggest, but I dont know if thats possible.

  Listen, I'm not trying to create an argument here, but I'm just NOT going to put a poll on the front page of the site with 29 different games in it. 

  And its pointless 'featuring' an off-site poll because most people just won't visit the site and vote.

  Basically, you guys either need to work with me on this, or let's just forget the idea - and I'll make a poll on something else

  But then don't complain that the Gaming Corner doesn't get the exposure!

  In my honest opinion, the two best ways are to have a few large polls with eliminations (which you've stated you won't be doing) or have a discussion having people list their games (and the creating a poll based on the results). Otherwise, the 10 or so games we've listed might not even be in the same realm as what people actually want.

  It's not really worth running multiple elimination-style polls as - to be honest - I have no real expectation that most of the games in such a poll would have much popular support here. Remember, we are looking for games that its going to be worth creating a group for, and really pushing as part of the site! And we're not going to be doing this for a game that only a handful of people want to create content for (beyond being in a 'General' Gaming group)

  However, I would be willing to run one poll with the 'likely candidates' - and, to follow up your comment above Wu, I have no problem with a discussion about which games should be in the poll.

  In fact, let's have people make suggestions! Which of the games (or game franchises) listed in the off-site poll are realistically likely to:

  a) Garner a reasonable amount of support?

  b) Support the key elements of our site - character builds, lore and roleplay?
