I think it was bound to happen eventually, since we were given face sculptors and all that. So if Restoration plastic surgeons doing transgender operations are a thing I am not surprised at all it's done on Summerset. Just imagine that effort to remove the poles from their arses... :D

Finally finished the Psijic grind questline and thought i'd share a few shots of things I found noteworthy, but first are a few things un-related I found cool.

    SPOILERS AHEAD

An old shot from when we talked about Hulkynds, but revisting now for that tidbit about priests of Stendarr in elven society.

Replayed the gardening quest, chose a diferent option. Of note is what the Divine Prosecution can do to those who commit acts in"violation of acceptable conduct"

My hulkynd friend again, this time with a few words on rising above one's station.

Ok, that's the misc stuff done. Onto the Old Ways...

    Bit o' Psijic philosophy.

    Bit o' magical theory/fact.

Magicka like gravity, the TES Higgs Boson? The more you have, the bigger/more massive you are. Factor in the lunar currency in which the more souls an et'ada has, the more powerful they become or more agency they have.

More on the Higgs? Sentient artifacts aside, the Staff of Towers' fragments are drawn back to one another.

Need to dance like an Imga on the Tower to use the Staff of Towers, it seems.

Quick reminder on the Staff in question.

    And again.

    Ahhh, my head!

Queen Ayrenn should be sitting right there. Fact.

    Aurbically significant places.

Plus, Manakar has a dog companion called Cur. Or it's a wolf, not sure :D

Been going back through my screenshots, the vast majority now are MQ related and Crystal Tower lore.

Bit too soon for that? For now, here's a book I thought was really fun:

Hmm. Anumaril, Anumaril. It was the king of the Ayleid city that worshipped Molag Bal right? Still can´t get rid of the Umaril part of that name, but oh well. Anyway, I think it´s good they finally touched upon on one of the more enigmatic lore they introduced in vanilla ESO some time back.

Thus did White-Gold become Tower One. As all know.

As foretold by the moth-eyed, Ayleid hubris was to bear bitter fruit. With their vision on high to behold the overworlds, they failed to note the seething Nedelings at their feet, until the thralls rose up and took their Tower away from them. Chim-el-Adabal they took as well, but not before the arch-mage Anumaril fangled an eightfold Staff of Towers, each segment a semblance of a tower in its Dance. And then seven of these segments were borne by White-Gold Knights to distant Fold-Places, where they were hidden.

Next the fanglement: Anumaril brought forth Segment One among the roots and showed it to the golden nut, and this told an ending, so that the stone became a Definite Acorn. That Elden Tree would not walk again, but Anumaril yet had further intentions for it. Using his dentition as tonal instruments, he dismantled his bones and built of them a Mundus-machine that mirrored Nirn and its planets. And when he had used all his substance in fangling this orrery, he placed the segment-sceptre within, hiding it between the Moons.

Then he waited—but what he waited for did not eventuate, and perchance he’s waiting yet. For

Anumaril had hoped to convert Green-Sap into White-Gold, and thereby make the Heartlanders' realm anew. However, Anumaril did not know, and was not able to know, why his plan went awry. You see, Ayleid magic is about Will, and Shall, and Must—but under Green-Sap, all is Perchance.

The Ayleid fangler’s plan could not succeed—and yet neither could it fail. For this is a story that has not yet found its ending.

As for Maormer...well, Sea Bitches rulezzz! I especially like the part abour raising the seas themselves, conjuring storms and winds on their enemies. This alone makes them a force to be reckoned with and in my eyes it shows another side of the magic I sort of missed in TES and that is ritualistic magic. Cause they can do lightning and shit like that, but anytime they do something big they do it through some kind of ritual. For some reason I´m kicking for the Maormer team cause ESO made them damn interesting to my eyes.

Anyway...when we gonna talk Towers and Hearts? :)

I think soon..? You must have shots, too!

For now some more random stuff and a new word.

This dude was in the Temple of the Divines in Alinor. Looks like he's quoting a holy text.

Another Aldarch. Looks to be the one running the show in the temple.

    A new "c" word.

    I want a Psijic Swine! I hope there's a Domino Piggy pet!

You're sleking right, cerum! :D at 400 crowns, that truffle hunter is a proper steal. He doesn't look to be going anywhere, either. I'll grab that, I think! Thanks Pox :)

More souls?? Doesn't one have just one soul?

Hey Thorian :) Yeah, so the souls thing. Do you remember the books Gods and Worship, and The Old Ways? There's this belief that Gods and Demons gain power through the amount of worship they receive. The soul of a believer goes to his or her aligned AE upon death, and that soul is magicka, the stuff of creation. Creatia. Vivec in the oog books calls this the Lunar Currency, a transaction which benefits the being receiving that soul. So I'm basically theorising that, as magicka = souls, the more magicka you have, the more powerful you become in a mythic sense. The Old Ways say that the gods and demons are just greater and lesser spirits of men and Mer. So I'm imagining a very powerful being like the Ritemaster could become a very powerful spirit, almost godlike upon death - they have that much magicka which is soul matter. In a scientific sense, I'm positing that a god is a planet orbiting Nirn. So the more souls that God gets, the bigger their plane becomes. Ie, it increases in mass. Magicka =soul energy, so the Loremaster in the pic and books is kinda saying that his impact on magicka is massive, it bends and warps it. That is similar to how a massive object bends the fabric of time and space. It may actually be dark matter rather than the Higgs, but still, I'm struck by the correlation of massive magicka exerting a force and how mass itself does that same thing.
