Good points.  It's kindasorta like Magicka in that sense - fast regen is great, but if you're casting spells at all, you're not regenning anyway.  (I've always been irritated that using staves stops your Magicka regen, too.)

I just posted the gist of my concept above - lowish Stamina pool, focus on regen, allowing more points put into Health; focus on bleed too because why not.  :)  See if I can make something interesting.

Was gonna say, yeah, stamina is a thing you just use up immediately and go on your merry way, unless you're zooming down a bow or sprinting.  Magicka, you could be holding onto a spell for several seconds waiting for the opportune moment to fire it, and you won't be regenerating any during that time.

    Hello all,
I don't know if this is the right spot to ask but are there any Lightning spells that work well with slow time shouts?  I was working out a build and I thought this would be useful to know about?

Don't worry this is the right place to ask. As to your question, I don't think so. Ice Storm is the only one I can think of but that's frost.

Casting under the slow time effect is faster than without, so if you can sustain the magicka costs, your dps will be higher (I'd say 30-70%, respectively).
An interesting fact: Slow Time actually slows time :P. What I want to say is that cooldowns/durations will also tick slower than usual.
A necromage vampire can slow the time to 7.5 % of it's original speed.

Does Health/Magic regeneration also get slowed during Slow Time?

As far as I know, everything that affects your character in any way gets slowed down by a percentage of the shout's magnitude.

Does the save-kill-reload trick work on PS3?

Yes it does, though it can be finicky

Thanks everyone, I ended up retiring the build after finishing both the main quest line, and the Civil War as it was getting pretty repetitive, and far to hard to challenge.

I would like to note that I really enjoyed adding in Elemental Dragons to my mod list.  Due to the sheer number of perks needed ED helped a lot and the dragon fights are incredible with that mod.
