    Just pick up an old copy like beast said, I don't believe anything I do can't be done in the old school photoshop I used at college 10years ago...

    They honestly don't change that much with new versions and I think you can actually download bolt ons from freeware sites and you can definitely download new brushes to play with from all over the net...all free.
