Man I swear I asked at least four times about general potion duplication but no one could give me any new info.

Thanks! That's the first time anyone has called me clever (Lozhar gets that all the time though... wonder if that means anything?) :D

The story does the same for me... tragic and beautiful, yet for me there is always that faint glimmer of hope that things might turn out okay in the end :)

A ghost support build with a heartbreaking backstory, heavy roleplay and awesome gameplay and presentation? YES,PLEASE!!!! Very well done guys! Auto +1 by me.

You could try to use the "follower duplication glitch" to dupe that damn potion. Enter Whiterun, say to the follower to take the potion and then to wait, exit and re-enter in the city and voilà! Repeat, repeat and repeat.

Is she flagged as undead? Maybe she should be an undead (vampire), having necromage she can boost illusion and any other thing, like the duration of philter, plus perfectly fits the lore\role. Have you considered this? When (not if) i'll play it, will be a vampire.

Wow! Thanks for the kind words and the tip... it'll take me a couple days to get back to playing, but I'll try that dupe glitch and include the info if I can get it to work. It would definitely help early on :) Vampirism would most certainly make this build a powerhouse, but it comes with a lot of negative connotations that I felt went against the role play and lore. For those reasons I opted to stay away from it (I wanted to keep her more akin to a benevolent ghost). I would love to hear how it works, though. I'll bet it plays REALLY cool :)

Superb narrative, roleplay, and creativity make this an excellent build in my opinion.  A really well thought out and put together build.  Circle of Protection is also one of my favourite spells, so that being central to the character doesn't hurt either .  The use of a follower to make the pure mage build viable in a much more interesting way is also excellent.  Making a connection with an NPC is very difficult (apart from with Serana) in Skyrim, and this is a great example of how to get around that issue.

I never played Daggerfall, so I definitely am going to read the book you refer to later.

Thank you, Irissa! Yeah, Circle of Protection was an eye opener for me... I can't believe I neglected Restoration for so long. My game glitched and wouldnt let me purchase Guardian Circle, so I never got a chance to mess with that, but CoP certainly has done the job for me :) LLL is a super-short story but still manages to be heartbreaking. BTW, are you planning on releasing that Sorceress build? I'll bet it turns out pretty cool :D
