  Ok I think I understand this build better now.

  Personally I don't like that you leave too much "freedom" for the build. Tell us how this character is played by you, and when someone gets exited enough to try it out it should be clear that we can change the things we want.

  Like the whole vampirism thing.. It's not specific enough to just say "join or don't join" in a CB, but rather why this character joined or didn't join.

  Thank you. Im continuing to work on this. Im debating whether to put in a more in-depth section on vampirism, but I did not use it personally. Would that help the build?

  Try these on for size. With this build I imagine a strange magician whose lived an unnaturally long life who is in constant search for ways to further expand his life span. In his search he crosses into forbidden territory, using magic and artifacts no mortal should ever possess.

  Vampirism would provide a boost to illusion. Aren't vampires immortal in Skyrim? If so wouldnt it make sense for someone seeking immortality to consider vampirism?
