The definitive treatise on Bosmer! Take that Phil  Awesome job, love the formatting and all the information that can be found here. Combined with Vix's articles, this makes the Bosmer the race having the most information in the lore group

Also guys, what do you think of spriggans in Skyrim? The ones in Valenwood are sacred but what about the ones in Skyrim?

Hehe, Phil will commit suicide after he realises Bosmer are the most covered race in Lore group...so Psssst

What about Spriggans in Skyrim...hm. Are they sacred too? That´s tough question and I´m not really sure I´m able to answer it. What would Bosmer think about them? Those spriggans aren´t connected to Yffre and Valenwood, they seem connected to Kyne me thinks. (Which gives Phil another point why Yffre might be another aspect of Kynareth.)

But would those Sprigans be sacred to Bosmer? I think it would all depend on their devotion to Green Pact. If they would be fanatical that they wouldn´t harm flowers and harvest wood even outside of Valenwood, then...yeah, they could be sacred.

Their connection to Kynareth is shown through the Gildergreen quest. The question is, was it like that from the beginning or did Kynareth corrupt the spriggans along the way. Unlike Valenwood spriggans, the ones in Skyrim are almost feral.

Sounds kinda off though. I mean Kynareth sending corrupted spriggans to kill the one who desecrated her tree. Sounds un-divinely.

Though there is a quote regarding Bosmers/Valenwood & Spriggans.

Spriggans appear in Valenwood in ESO. They uphold the laws of the Green Pact and sentence those who have broken it... I think. There's a quest involving the judging of three people who are believed to have broken the Green Pact and when they are sentenced, there are spriggans there doing the sentencing. - TES Lore

This is an interesting idea. I actually have a theory about the whole Y'ffre/Kynareth difference thing, which includes Spriggans too, but I have a suspicion that it won't be approved by people here.

What if it's not actually Kynareth sending them but rather they sending themselves? Spriggans are spirits too, in a way, no?

Someone must write a new article about Altmer. To restore the natural balance of things)))

That doesn't explain why they appear after the DB had taken the sap. They could have attack him/her when the DB started hacking through the branches.

Then again, you might be right. If Kynareth sent them, then the two other worshipers wouldn't have died by the Spriggans.

    Out with it!
