So I'm working on a pure build because I saw the idea and thought it was brilliant. I'll only be perking one skill of course, but I wanted to ask if leveling other skills unintentionally went against the spirit of the pure builds. Specifically, the build is a werewolf build but I need a way to deal damage until I can acquire the curse. Is using the pugilist's gloves and passively leveling light armor a little a bad idea?

So I am stuck, I have three really solid ideas and am partway through a playthrough on each. So I'll just get some opinions.
What would you guys like to see First out of these three options (I'll do all eventually)
1. A dwemer themed build
2. A pirate themed build
3. Reaver themed Build (Think Dragon age warrior secialization)

The only way that I know to do this is to drink a potion that give you weakness to shock as a side effect. Maybe try Bee + Ashen Grass Pod + Purple Mountain Flower? That would give you Weakness to Shock, Restore Stamina, and Fortify Sneak.

Short Answer? It depends
Long Answer: Necromage on vampiric characters increases all effects' power by 25%, BUT it only affects them if they are applied after necromage is taken. So, racial abilities will always be applied before necromage, and fists of steel will only be affected by necromage if the perk is taken after necromage is taken.
However, if the player's race changes (Entering Vampire Lord or Werewolf form), all of these effects are removed because they are no longer of that race. Upon returning to their original race, necromage is applied at the same time as fists of steel and khajiit claws and thus will now affect them.
So, if you are a khajiit with daedric gauntlets w/ fists of steel, your damage is equal to:
18 (gauntlets) + 10 (base fist damage) + 12(khajiit claws)
Before necromage is applied, this equals 40 damage.
Once necromage is applied to both
22.5 (gauntlet power * 1.25) + 10 (base damage unaffected by necromage) + 15 (khajiit claws * 1.25)
You should be doing 47.5 damage, roughly a 19% increase in total damage
Poison talons from the Vampire Lord perk tree may or may not affect unarmed damage outside of vampire form, I'm not sure. If it does, though, it would definitely be affected by necromage. Same goes for enchanted gear.
Edit: I would say just to be safe to take all your damage-affecting perks after necromage if possible. If you're using shouts, you can spend a dragon soul to reset the perk tree once you get necromage, ensuring that it is applied after necromage.
