I don't know man, I made this because I had something that I thought was unique. For example no other build in this site(that I know of) uses dual wield blocking, or even the dual wield tree with the block tree. A grandmaster (aside from the fact that there is another build in the site with that name) wouldn't be as unique. In my view it would be a semi-generic spellsword, using the multiple followers glitch to form a party and illusion spells to buff them. Though it is probably not exactly what you would be looking for here, Ponty's commander is an excellent build that does something similar to that.

Oh boy, this is going to be a mouthful, ok...

    1. no, I really like how it turned out, yes some people may be confused with the names, but that is what they are, names. it does not take away from the legitimacy of the skills themselves, nor their playability. Yes some are described as using only one Skyrim "thing", but lots of builds out there use as "special moves" the exact same thing (such as become ethereal and QR) only followed by, attacks, or power attack and dodge, and people don't say anything about that, I just thought it was best not to state the obvious, and if I took some of those skills out, the only skill that is actually learned by the sword master would be astra.

    2. I'll try to explain this one in 2 terms, FE terms and Sky terms. In FE there are some units which have more defensive stats and skills, for example the general and the paladin. These units have high defense and low speed, this means that they can take a lot of hits, (even their skills are focused on reducing the damage they receive) but suck at dodging. The FE sword master is the class with the highest speed (dodge) in the game, which means they take a lot of damage when they get hit, IF they get hit. On Skyrim terms, think about this as a comparison between an imperial knight and a tsaesci swordsman. While the imperial knight would definitely defend the blows with his shield, the swordsman would evade hits, looking for the perfect opportunity to strike. As some tsaesci already said before, "if you don't want to get hit, simply move out of the way". And finally, have you tried exchanging blows with no armor? not only it is very boring, it also kills you VERY fast.

    3. How is it not integrated into Tamriel? His backstory and roleplay don't use FE terms, he is just a wandering swordsman, very lore friendly in TES terms. And like I said before, he is an agile swordsman, he knows that speed is what sets him apart form other warriors, exchanging blows would kill him, it is not as viable as what I proposed.

    4. I honestly did not think I needed to specify that I unequipped my flesh spell after using it, the way I did it was through the favs menu, I usually play my builds with a bow and a sword in my hotkeys, and since I was using only a sword in this one I forgot about the torch trick, thank you, you just made my future play through a lot more fast paced.

    5. Thank you for pointing that out, yes the perk spread is a little wrong, I'm asking Sam to fix it now. I took the first perk in dual flurry along with dual savagery, I tried taking the second perk but then the swings get too fast and there is little time to activate the stamina trick, making me run out of stamina anyways.

Hope this answers your questions, could not answer earlier because I was out

Good build although I've never even heard of fire emblem so I don't get the references but I can appreciate the build itself. Good use of bringing the advanced combat tactics into an actual build +1

Well I made the references very scarce, like the skill names for example, but every time I reference something I also explain it on TES terms.

Just like Ramah said! I like your anime images. +1

Used exclusively Fire Emblem images, was a little hard to get good ones, especially since I did not want to use the same Swordsman twice

Nothing less than I would expect from the writer of the 'Outsider' series... of course +1 :) My first build in any Elder Scrolls game is a samurai-esque build. Love those Blades swords, and I think it's cool that you don't perk any ranged skills... does that mean that you don't use them, or does it just mean that you don't perk them? Either way, it makes for a nice challenge. Well thought out and nicely presented... kudos!
