This build makes me sad because I am working on build very similar to this :(, but overall I think you did a better job. I have been playing this build and I have been having fun with so good job, man.

Is it possible to find legendary railway rifles?

oh shit I just realized i could of gotten a railway rifle t big johns salvage. Ill go get another one and make that one a sniper maybe.
