I hope so. It is a hard thing to articulate and not necessarily true. The information we have about the characters becoming dragons is from an oog source, even one which obviously inspired the Songs of the Return as we know them in Skyrim.

The other reference to a character being an actual dragon comes form Varieties of Faith's description on Ysmir who was a Dragonborn. So it's up for debate as to whether those who looked upon him saw a dragon because of this, or if it's just metaphor like Tom and Vaz like to believe.

I for one think that taking something literally is way more fun
