You'll have more success delving Folgunthur (at the foot of the Solitude Arch on the Morthal side) and Geirmund's Hall (on an island southeast-ish of Ivarstead) for these enchantments which are guaranteed on the Gauldur Blackblade and Gauldur Blackbow on the bosses.
Yeah I was kinda thinking that, but if you really want to its not hard to get there by level 8ish, the College questline is ridiculously short and you can sprint past most stuff anyway. Good shout on the Gauldur stuff though, its never even occured to me to disenchant named stuff, it would feel wrong or something.

Nah mate, the frustration is what makes it fun, nothing more rewarding than finally, finally kicking the arse of the last Falmer mage guy that keeps oneshotting me. Or you just book it with Become Ethereal if you want to be right cheeky.

Hey, family! I have a few quick questions for a stealth build:
- Do potions of fortify one-handed affect daggers? Or do they missbehave like the enchantment?
- Do "savage strike" and "dual savagery" stack?
Thanks a lot!!

I am considering a new build: an Argonian stealth dagger / Illusion build.
I would like to know if the Armsman perks (gives bonuses when fighting with one-handed weapons) stack with the Backstab and Assassin's Blade bonuses in Stealth.
If so...
Her two weapons will be the Razor of Mehrunes Dagon (right hand) and an Elven or Glass Dagger (left hand.)
The "Skyrim Math" is as follows:
The Razor of Mehrunes Dagon + a Glass Dagger has a combined base damage of 20 (the Razor has 11 and a Glass Dagger has 9)
Armsman rank 1 gives a 20% bonus to all one-handed weapons
9 times 1.20 = 10.8
Dual Savagery gives a 50% bonus to all dual wielding power attacks
10.8 times 1.5 = 16.2
Backstab causes sneak attacks with one-handed weapons to do six times damage
16.2 times 6 = 97.2
Assassin's Blade causes sneak attacls with daggers to do fifteen times normal damage
97.2 times 15 = 1,458
1,458 damage on a single dual dagger strike.
If my math is right, then these two weapons combined are killers!
