According to the Guild Act, there's supposed to be a Prostitution Guild.

The Guild Act, also known as the Guilds Act, was a legislative act that codified the practice of guilds throughout the Second Empire. Encouraged by Pelladil Direnni, and signed by Potentate Versidue-Shaie in 2E 321, the Guild Act officially sanctioned the guilds of Tinkers, Cobblers, Prostitutes, Scribes, Architects, Brewers, Vintners, Weavers, Ratcatchers, Furriers, Cooks, Astrologers, Healers, Tailors, Minstrels, Barristers, and most importantly the Guild of Mages, founded in 2E 230 by Vanus Galerion, and the Guild of Fighters, founded the previous year by the Potentate's kinsman Dinieras-Ves and chartered under the section 4 of the Guild Act

I would find it odd that a religious cult, regardless if their deity is a sex god/goddess, would hold monopoly over prostitution. My guess is that there's probably a courtesan service in places like High Rock and the Summerset Isles.

Yeah, I remember the Guild Act, but what's important is: Where the wenches at? In Imperial City for example. Why can I bet on blood sport in the Arena, or even participate in it, but can't have a black screen moment with willing lady for few Drakes down at Waterfront? :D

Fortunately there are mods that can satiate whatever kinky desires you have. :P

Also, both Arena and Daggerfall had NPC prostitutes, and ESO also has a few taverns that're blatantly brothels.

Exactly my point. I loved the grittiness of Daggerfall and its dirty jokes. Where is that in Cyrodiil and Morrowind? I'm not talking about Skyrim, because the barbarians rut whenever they want and with whoever they want, but civilized people like Imperials and Dunmer should be given an opportunity to pay for sex! xD But I'm straying away from the Lore here, moving into gameplay, so let's stop that. Back to Lore. I do remember a mention of a prostitute in Mystery of Talara. Was that a Daggerfall book? I think so, it wasn't first introduced in Morrowind, right? Anyway. Anyone who finds a mention of prostitution in Cyrodiil or Morrowind gets a very tasty imaginary biscuit from me. :D

Isn't there a brothel in Suran? It's at the very least a strip club but the name implies a bit more: Desele's House of Earthly Delights.

So, euh Karve, Where's my tasty imaginary biscuit? XD

Oh, very nice! Suran´s where the fun at! So Dunmer have strip clubs. Love it! :D

As for your biscuit...have you looked under the bed? xD

Also, this made me remember an establishment very similar to Haelga´s Bunkhouse. The Fo'c's'le is a tavern in Anvil´s docks, boarding house for sailors only and they all say that Mirabelle Monet is...quite a woman.

I don't why, but I feel like the "I'm a devout follower of Dibella," phrase is just an excuse for people to get laid. :P

That reminds me, any documented records of Khajiits being in heat during mating season? Because, y'know, they're cats.

    Well. Beside:

"This orchard has sentimental value to me," said Mojhad, the Khajiit, to his friend, Hasillid. "Under that tree, for example, is where I first made love. And that tree, is where her mother stood, watching us."

"She watched you while you made love to her daughter?" said Hasillid, clearly impressed. "Didn't she say anything?"

    "Meow."

    I got nothing :D
