Argonian Part 2: The Hist

    Indeed! I see the Argonians being basic creatures until they taste the sap, as in being scale-less undefined creatures. Hence why we have different Argonian breeds.

    Good man, I misjudged

    I thought a connection to the Hist was something you could feel, like a sense of belonging to something greater.

    I'd describe it a bit differently, more like a constant presence of another person in your mind. The way that person is percieved by the mind depends on the upbringing. An Argonian native to Black Marsh may see a tree in his mind but for an Argonian born in Cyrodiil it might as well be another Argonian. IMO the sap affects Argonian brain in a way that the Hist can establish its position there. It has no such effect for other races due to biological inconsistencies. Perhaps in case of other races only temporary manifestation is possible.
