Nobody loves Enchanting more than I do, but your roommate's got a pretty good point. Plus for a character as beefed out as this one, Enchanting might be a bit overkill, anyhow.

yea true she also said that I should keep a regural blades sword for the non dragons in the game. I'm gonna harvest ingridents for hp pots nd 1h ones at base level so I can use em in case im out of magicka.. And I was thinking either between the lord stone or the atroarch stone for this orc

Sounds like the Dragon Knight build here.

I really need some help. Trying to play a D&D themed DRAGON MAGE. Was thinking to Wear Mirrak's robes, jagged Crown, dragon bone boots/gauntlets (whatever looks cool meanwhile. Was thinking to go dual daggers, like dragon claws, mixed with destruction, flesh spells, breath attacks and shouts.

Also willing to run with destruction staves and would like to do something cool with a dragon priest dagger. X]

I REALLY want to dive into playing with a build that is a heavy armored battlemage with one-handed/block perked gently, but a big magical focus on Alteration, Restoration, and Destruction magic (Lightning damage only). I've barely ever really touched Restoration and Alteration, and I figured they would go very, very well together for strengthening a character's durability, stamina, and combat capability in endgame.

I've created a very quick and dirty set of perks here: http://skyrimcalculator.com/build/431506/the-scion-of-storms-wip/perks

I was planning on the Steed Stone for carrying capacity and putting the Atronach Stone into the Aethereal Crown for optional added magica/absorption at the cost of helm enchantments.

If you glance the build over, I'd appreciate knowing what first comes to mind, both generally as well in terms of the sorts of enchantments to work for, the existing gear you would acquire, which perks (if any) you would eliminate, and which perks (if any) you would add.

This is definitely a rough first draft. Eventually the roleplay component will enter into play as well, and some things may be cut/adjusted further. My first thought is a lofty, wrathful, judgmental, lawful sort (think Zeus) who slowly turns over the course of his adventures into a more temperate and wise sort of character who considers his actions before passing judgment (like Ramuh of Final Fantasy series fame).

I would say either Elven or the different versions of the ancient nordic battleaxe (drainspell battleaxe, standard version, honed). But honestly, the Elven Battleaxe wins easily.
    Elven: http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/elderscrolls/images/6/62/Elvenb...
    Ancient Nordic: http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/elderscrolls/images/8/8d/Draugr...

Daedric / Bound Battleaxe also looks good: http://hydra-media.cursecdn.com/skyrim.gamepedia.com/e/e2/DaedricBattleaxe.png
