Your tags would be something like "Character Build Vampire", Race:Dunmer, Rank:Bloodworks You can use any three "Character Build ..." tags. Your options are in the Character Build Archive and it also explains how to tag a little better than I can.

Great build for a first! I love the multiple possible origins of the character and some of your abilities are pretty creative!

Interesting choice to go with frost magic. Guess Shaco has a knack for cold jokes!

I'm tempted to try this build out -- the only difference being that I'd likely go with having Alteration in addition to the above build, just to have a bit more armor for defense (though leveling Alteration to 70 is a pain unless you use Detect Life in conjunction with Secret of Arcana from the Black Books -- then, Detect Life costs no magicka, and you're constantly casting it for free, over and past the 30 second window, so long as you don't let up from the casting key (or trigger -- I can sadly only play on Xbox, so I don't get to have all the cool fanmade mods to enhance my Skyrim experience).  Very fun build at first glance, though, so I may well give it a shot.

I wish there was alternate gear that would accomidate vanilla game players (me) this build is pretty decent

To darksabrz: That's the beauty of it, you can drop whatever perks you don't want and swap em for some Alteration! It's just a guideline. :)

To Matthew: Shaco is a champion from League of Legends that inspired this build for me. I'm glad you like it!

To Game Addict: Agreed, but if you're lucky enough to have Skyrim on PC there are plenty of mod to accommodate that. Otherwise, it's a bit tricky. You could always try to mix and match clothing to pair with the hat and gloves.

i can get Cicero's clothes just not Stahlrim Daggers or the ability to be a vampire without constantly worrying what level vamparism i am and some other goodies on here and i don't play on PC btw

If you have the Dawnguard expansion, even if you are a level 4 vampire, people aren't hostile. They took that out fortunately. Dragonbone, Steel, or Daedric daggers work well too.
