    Hey, sorry for the late reply. I've been playing Smite and Fallout 4 on survival. For the starting stats, I think I went for 3, 5, 5, 6, 4, 5 but I'd recommend only putting 2 points into Luck because you only need scrounger.  Put those three points into Agility and you're closer to gun fu.

    I've been looking for a punisher build for Fallout 4 and this seems pretty decent but what about armor? I was thinking about sturdy combat armor (I hate the look of heavy combat armor) or Maxson's Battlecoat.

    I would use shadowed combat armor, because the black gives off a Punisher vibe.

    I was leaning more toward that as well. I just wish I had a black trenchcoat lol. Oh well maybe mods will fix that in the future.
