What is the easiest way to get the Glass Bow of the Stag Prince for low-mid level pickpockets? The merchant doesn't sell it but it can be pickpocketed. However, the value and weight is high and it is quite difficult to pickpocket it at low levels.

Use a staff of paralysis then pickpocket him just as he starts to stand up, the success rate is guaranteed even if the description says 0% trust me it will work.  You can find a staff of paralysis in Snapleg Cave.  However you still need the perk Misdirection in order to pickpocket equipped weapons.

I know of some quests where you help an NPC deal with parental conflicts (parts of the Dawnguard questline, Repentance). Are there any others like that?

Rorikstead has a quest were you help a farmer's son become an adventurer.

There is a quest that starts in Riften's temple of love, and then goes to Ivarstead where you either help her find a lover who will stay in town, or one who runs away with her to Riften.

I'm a bit worried that safe places (like Anise's cellar) could glitch and I'd lose my stuff.

I'm always crashing her pad, and I've never lost gear; have there been instances of this happening in the past (I've got some pretty sweet Alchemy swag for my Paralytic Mage, and it would sting a bit to one day find it missing xD)

Do the spells Courage, Rally and Call to Arms stack? Is their health/stamina gain and (CtA's) increase of skill lvl affected by illusion-potions / fortify illusion magnitude effects? The wikki says so but the uesp doesn't mention it.

Yep they all stack. You can take a mouse of a man and make him a lion with all three spells.

Im not sure how potions affect the magnitude of these spells as I've never used illusion potions. But if its any similar to how they affect frenzy and fear spells, my guess is they would increase the magnitude.

Fortify Illusion enchantments on the other hand only reduce the cost of casting spells.
