Would an Orc also fit in this?

This build looks like a lot of fun.   I am going to start up a very similar character soon.

One question:  Does the Savage Strike perk in One Handed cause much trouble for your Raise Dead type spells?  I know you can't raise a body that was decapitated, but I'm not sure how often it happens.

Well, savage strike has a 25% chance to decapitate when doing a STANDING power attack, so If you don't want a flying head then keep moving while you attack.

No matter how hard I try I just can't seem to get myself involved with an altmer character. Their power is great and the high pedestal attitude is great fun to have. But I can never get myself to toss those hooded thalmor robes. They look amazing but only on high elves. Whenever I wear something other than those robes I feel out of character, even if the back story is against the thalmor. But I have played this as a breton with no issues. I just get more into the character and the magic resistance is awesome along with their racial ability which has made this build all but invincible against dragon attacks. I'm gonna try to get the apparel of this character on a breton and we will see how this works. This is truly one of my favorite builds though :)

Nice build and nice video too. I saw in the vid that you used flames and it always set the ground on fire for a long time, but there were no oil on it. How do you that? :O

I don't really know what savage strike does. The description is "standing power attacks do 25% more damage with a chance to decapitate". I realized in the video and also with my current character that the decapitate happens during normal attacks too, not only during power attacks. Neither do I know if it is a chance of instant kill or just a nice effect when the enemy would be killed anyway.

So you (obviously) deal 25% more damage with standing power attacks, and you unlock a decap killmove (which doesn't really do much, other than make the corpse unraisable).

I never tried wall spells  It looks very useful.
