And I have done that, my ADD cannot keep me committed longer than the third dagger before I say "screw this, I'm going to have fun!"

The best thing Bryn could possibly do for his game is crank the difficulty up...

Until he does that many of his opinions (especially the ones regarding the crafting skills) are limited to adept difficulty.

I play on adept or expert, playing higher is pointless and dumb.

That is absorb... Not drain... Drain only takes away the opponents stamina, it doesn't add to yours. And I don't max my weapons enchantments out... I put in only 3 perks into it, and I used one weapon that was my weakest... I used it against a dwarven centurion on expert and I slaughtered it in 2 strikes... I turned up the difficulty, slaughtered in 3 strikes... Maxed it out (when there was only master) 4 hits, 1 being a power strike... Being able to slaughter those at level 18 is ridiculous... And when I used smaller gems, they either did nothing useful, or the effect was so minimal I forgot there was an effect until I saw them on fire...

Yes, that's probably why you don't appreciate the crafting skills...

Why would you bother crafting when you can kill everything without it?

Get your ass kicked on a higher difficulty and you may find yourself back at the forge and enjoying crafting again.

I appreciate alchemy, and smithing (I just don't like leveling it :P)

And I have fun on adept and expert... Why would I want to play a difficulty that makes no logical sense (I am weaker while everyone else is 2x or 3x stronger? I'm the dragonborn, I may be new but I should at least be even!)

It's probably going to annoy you this question, if it does sorry, but why don't you use necromage?
