The build's cooldown for Shouts is pretty quick. Between Necromage making every thing 50% more effective on her and coupled with the Amulet of Talos and His blessing you could in theory have Elemental Fury and Slow Time active at the same time.

Kiet, if you're referring to the video then I think TZ may have pushed shout reduction alot higher than I did in the build.

If you're talking about movement speed though it's because slow time does improve as you add more words to the shout, you get faster and the enemy gets slower and the duration of the shout lasts 50% longer due to the necromage perk, that means it's usually ready to use again by the time it eventually runs out...

one more question. why is my blessing of talos showing time reduced between shouts 0%

That's a bug mate, it should read 20%. It's working though so don't worry...

For any modders who use the Skyrim nexus out there who want Elven armor like the first picture follow this link: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2541//?

Nope, but thanks for finding it for those that like that sort of thing. I prefer to keep my female characters showing as little skin as possible...you know, so they don't get stabbed in it or something. :)

There are few things worse in videogame culture than people that have to remove all of the clothes of female characters. It's one thing for characters designed to be sexual but many of these armour mods that are basically metal bikini's are just outright ridiculous.

With dragon aspect, necromage and fortify alteration potions you can push slowtime to well over a minute, it's quite interesting to play around with.

Yeh, I do prefer to not have this mod anyways. I use an elven armour retexture and not a remodel. This is just for people who want armour like that. :)

As said, I don't use this mod but I can see why it might be immersive (ish). Considering that this build is focused on a priestess of Dibella along with being a vampire (kinda immortal) this might actually be a decent mod to use. But hey, you don't have to use this mod.
