Ah well, I figured as much. Thanks anyways!

Here are few quotes for you, Curse.

There are Thalmor nests and sympathizers throughout Cyrodiil, and the Penitus Oculatus keeps undercover agents in at least one of them.

Penitus Oculatus is an Imperially run intelligence and assassination agency which appears to have replaced the Blades. Relmar Vel is its Administrator and Marall its Intendant.

Members of the Penitus Oculatus are known colloquially as “spectres” and are generally disliked.

Here is a quote about possible rivals of Penitus Oculatus, but no name. They most likely ended up dead just as the poor minister.

For most of the past ten years, the minister has been above suspicion, but a year or so ago he began testing me, first subtly, then overtly. It became clear he wanted his own private intelligence and eliminations organization, one not connected to the Penitus Oculatus or known to the Emperor.

Could someone provide some information on the geographical regions of the Morrowind Mainland (such as the Thir River, Deshaan Plain, etc)? Preferably before Red Mountain's eruption (i.e. During the time of the game), if possible.

ESO has provided us with pretty good picture of most of the Morrowind mainland, which I don't think has changed much until Red Year.

First is Stonefalls region, which is on southeastern shore of inner see and borders with Cyrodiil, Rift in the west, and bordering with Telvanni region in the east. This region is quite rocky, with few mostly dormant volcanos, but also with fertile grounds and fungal forests.

To the east is small region, Bal Foyen, which is mostly consisted of swamps, being a home to enslaved Argonians, so House Dres is mostly in charge there.

To the south of Stonefalls is Deshaan, bordering with Black Marsh. It's where Mournhold is located and it mostly consist lush green areas and fungal forests, with swamps more to the south.

As far as east, Telvanni region, goes I imagine it being similar to Sheogorad of Vvardenfell.

As for Redoran region along western shore with it's Blacklight city...I imagine something like Stonefalls, more rocky with it being so close to Velothi Mountains.

Hmm, not too far off from what I was thinking, then. Thanks for the help, Karver!

Hell, that's why I refused to kill Paarthurnax. It might be the kid in me who freaking loves animals and thus supports animal conservation, but I can't bring myself to wiping out the Dragons from the face of Tamriel again.

I understand and condone defending oneself if there's no other option (and frankly the game doesn't allow much, but on occasion I do have a dragon run away from me and I let it), but I don't think wiping out this race for it's nature is all right.

I'll be honest. I think centaurs are a dumb fantasy race, and I hope they don't come back to TES unless they pull a Kirkbride level of kickass for them.

    I agree with you fully.
