I further await the day to play with you guys all... if the connection allows it.

    I've sent an invite.

I'm reinstalling ESO and starting a new character as a Bosmer Warden. I'm from an European country but I want to try out the NA servers... see if there's any lag. It's it's not noticeable, I'll join!

Hopefully it's not too bad, Phil and I both manage and we're on opposite sides of the planet from the US.

Hang in there, Kings. Hit me up when you come back if you need an ear.

True enough. I don't have the top of the line broadband or anything too fancy but it works just fine.

One more thing.... If I make an Orc... can I join the Aldmeri faction?

There is an account upgrade that you can get in the Crown Store that will let you create any race in any alliance, however without that Orcs are stuck in the Covenant. Although there is nothing from stopping your Orc from leaving and heading to the Dominion to do it's questline.

Also beware that all the DLCs and shit you bought on EU doesn't transfer to NA - which is basicaly the one thing that's putting me off from visiting NA since I already bought all DLCs on EU. The only way is subscription but don't want to bother with ending the subscription after two-three weeks of playing twice or thrice a year.

Edit: At least this was the case back when I tried to play with Lis few years back.

That's good to know, thanks! It's fine for me since up until now I only had the base game.

So uhm... how do you get from one starting zone to another?

I'm fairly sure that you should start with a wayshrine unlocked in each of the Alliance's starting zones so you can travel to those.
