  There's been an idea floating around in my mind since starting my own Homestead Project, watching Elloa and Nicky's Decorating Tamriel series on Youtube, and discussing housing quite extensively with friends and on this site. Indeed, Mercurias had a big influence on this when he asked about the possibility of using player housing as a clinic for one of his characters.

  Basically, the idea is to use the starter homes given freely after completing the A Friend in Need quests available around Tamriel but to set a budget limit of, say, 2000 to 4000 gold and with the aim of getting as creative as possible with the space. So, like Mercurias asked, we could try and create a hospital, or we could use the space to make a library, or shrine, or greenhouse, or anything the imagination can conjure.

   

  The best thing is that it can be done on any platform as a one-off piece of creativity anyone who owns the game can participate in. Below is an example of Elloa and Nicky getting creative on a budget:

  So it wouldn't be a contest, although we could say that the most creative space gets a cookie :), rather it's just a quick and fun activity to share some creativity and explore the possibilities available to us when buying from Home Goods Furnishers or Achievement Furnishers.
