Buying ESO Morrowind - what's the best way?

Forgive me for perhaps not paying as much attention as I should have been doing, but I only twigged recently that one has to purchase the Morrowind expansion - rather than, for example, simply download it as part of ESO Plus (as I had wrongly assumed)

This leads me to wonder how best to go about acquiring Morrowind? I see that the Morrowind ESO expansion is currently being advertised for £44 (UK) which is a somewhat eye-watering prospect having just got back from an expensive foreign holiday. So my questions are:

    1. Is the best option to suck it up and pay out the £44. Since (I believe) the disk also contains the base game then I could presumably re-install, patch and be good to go with the latest and greatest ESO version?

    2. Is there the option to purchase from the Crown Store and if so is cheaper that way?

Basically what I want to end up with (given that I'm laying Fallout 4 aside for the foreseeable and ESO is going to be 'the' game) is ESO+One Tamriel+All expansions+Player Housing+Morrowind

I'm thinking ESO Plus and the Morrowind DLC - but what's the best way and cheapest way to get it?

Right, so, Morrowind is not available via the Crown Store. Further ESO Plus does not give you access to Morrowind (since ZOS is describing this as an expansion or "chapter" and not a DLC).

If you already own the base game, there are numerous upgrade options available (physical, digital, collectors editions, etc). If you do not own the base game, then there are copies of Morrowind (again, physical or digital) that include the base game. Some also include the base game + DLCs.
