    1. Yes, you can use the bank to transfer items and septims.

    2. But it won't be avaliable until you're out of coldharbour.

Can i not use the mail system? I could just get some afterward, i want it to be available b4 hand

No sadly not, unless you can have someone  mail the stuff to you. All characters share mail, so if you mail somone to mail it back to you, it'll work.

do you have a character on pc i could add for that? i wont be able to play until tonight or even until friday but i would like for my character to not have a 2h shoved down his throat to level up on(people who end up going to the tutorial on youtube are stuck with that 2h for longer than the tutorial)

While you are in Coldharbor you should be able to find a different weapon. Besides chests that other people can loot before you, there is always the random drop from killing Dremora guards and there are a few weapon racks I believe. You should also be able to find a decent variety of armor on the racks and from looting. If I remember correctly, there is some near Cadwell's little bonfire.

Well since the build that im making revolves around a sword and shield for a sorc, i want to spend as much time as possible levelling that up but i dont think there is a one handed sword in the parts of the prison b4 you get to the tower of eyes, i get stuck with a 2h i rather not use and certainly not level up(which automatically happens in the attacking/blocking/interrupting tutorial with the prison guards), imo it is just wasting time on a weapon i will not use,(im stuck only being able to play 2 or less hours a day so time is precious)

    okay found a new question

does having a weapon for the backup(weapon switching) count as it being equipped even if your not using that set?

No it does not. You only get experience for the weapon that you are currently using in your hands, not the swap.

I know the feeling, but unless someone can do the mail trick for you, you're kinda stuck. In all honesty though, even with time constraints working against you, the difference in leveling once you get your weapon will be minimal. Because say your don't find your first sword and shield until after you leave the tutorial (this is a worst case scenario). By the time you get out, you will be starting level 4-5 quests and killing level 3-5 enemies. This experience gain is going to be constant if you are within the right range, which you should be at this time. So since your one-handed skill is so low it will grow a lot faster then say your two-handed which leveled with you because you are gaining more experience than you technically should at that skill level.

A more grandois example would be you are level 50 and haven't once picked up a destruction staff. Your destruction staff skill is at level 1, but your character is level 50, doing level 50 things. Turning in a level 50 quest, will grant you enough experience to level your new destruction staff by multiple points.

I hope that all makes sense, I am having trouble describing this lol. In the end, each level your skill line needs a static amount of experience to level up and killing different level enemies or doing different level quests reward varying amounts of experience. So if you pick up a new skill line later in the game, even as early as level 5 or so, it will level more quickly until it kinda evens out with your character level. So don't worry about it too much

Im not worrying about experience, some of the passives say when equipped, and on a video i saw when he was looking at his backup(a staff) it said equipped at the top, so im wondering if the passives will still work
