Help! :D I have this blacksmith writ from a few days ago that needs ebony daggers forged. Trouble is, I've used up all my ebony and can only find Calcinium or Voidsteel ore. Have I levelled up passed all hope of finding ebony? I just can't find any at all. Where's the best place to look, any ideas?

Edit: Never mind, Guild Traders sold that which I needed :)

Sorry for the delay in responding. Are you talking about ebony as in crafting materials/ingots or ebony as in the the crafting style/motif? If it's the ingots, I have plenty to spare and I would be happy to send you some. How much do you need? The type of ore you find will be largely dependant upon your overall crafting level (sometimes you will find high level ore despite your level).

If it's the crafting style, I don't have the dagger motif page yet.

Thanks man, it's totally cool :) Yeah, so i am talking about the ore in the world. I needed the ebony ingots, but long since stopped finding any ebony ore. Now it's all voidsteel or calcinium. I looked on UESP and it said ebony or can be found in Reaper's March. I'm in the March now but no ebony here :D

I ended up going to a few guild traders to buy the ingots I needed. Hard to know if I was ripped off, though, but it was nice to get that writ complete! Thank you for your offer, are you, Tene and Rogue formed a guild at all?

Anybody know where I can find the Hide of Morihaus armour? It's freaking amazing.

    Hey, Veloth!

It's a dropped set that you can find in the Gold Coast (dark brotherhood DLC). Delve bosses drop waist and feet; Overland bosses drop head, chest, legs, and weapon; public dungeon bosses drop shoulder, hand, and weapon. You can also find the set in treasure chests.

If it's the style you like, then you might want to consider bumping up your crafting skill level and then find/buy the Minotaur motif pages.

Buying cheap gear from guild merchants and deconstructing them worked like a charm for levelling blacksmithing, I got up to the level in just a few mins. Now I just need to find Dwemer crafting diagrams.

    Glad I could help!

The best places to find Dwemer motif pages (if you don't want to buy them) is . . . you guessed it . . . Dwemer ruins. BUT, the motif pages are found in Dwemer pots, jugs, vases, and urns. Check every one you see, and I mean every one of them. A great place to find motifs is in the Dwemer public dungeon, Razak's Wheel, located in Bankorai (in the Daggerfall Covenant area). I've found quite a few in there.

Nothing in Razak yet, I might try a few runs through Rkindaleft.

Yeah, it's all random. In one run-through, you could find nothing. The next run-through, you could find two.

I don't spend enough time in this group to know if this is the right place, but here goes. I've been messing around with the Warden class and am sort of stuck, I'm not really sure what I want to do with the character. I'd skimmed over the skills before creating the character and seen that most of the abilities had a magicka cost so I was initially thinking of using a staff, then once I actually got into the game and had a proper look at the skills I realised winter's embrace was more tank focused so I've stuck with the two handed weapon that I got during the Tutorial. Despite having put a perk into Two Handed I'm not sure if I want to stick with it, basically I'm wondering if anyone could give me their thoughts on the class and what they think would be a good way to play it.
