    "Well, this was unexpected."

Hey everyone, Delta here, and with a new project in his mind. As some of you know, I was working on a build for the Crossworlds 3 event, based on Assassin's Creed. However, real life interviened with those holidays at the end of the year, so I wasn't able to work on the build and therefore, finish it. Now, I'm finaly free to work on the build as the new year rolls in and I created this little thing. A log, or diary if you will, written from the perspective of my character. It will begin with him robbed and left for dead on Soltsheim and follow him as he tries to rebuild his fallen Order and create a home in the now ruined Helgen.

I really hope you like this. The first part will be a bit smaller then the rest as I will just show you the character, his biography. So, sit back, grab a drink and enjoy. And comment! Feedback is important. Or I will hunt you down. :P Just kidding. Or am I?

"Beaten, robbed and left for dead in the cold."

Some people say that luck doesn't exist. Others say it choses who to follow. Some say they make their own luck. Whatever the case may be, my luck left me half dead, lying in the snow. On top of a mountain in Solstheim. Now, you may wonder, what is an Imperial doing in Solstheim? Raven Rock is collapsing and no trade can be made on this Gods forsaken rock. Well, that is a long story. I'll just give you the important parts.

My name is Tyron Snow-Blade. I had a Nordic father. Most, however, know me as Tyron of Anvil. Wasn't born in Anvil and only visited twice, but how that name came to be is a bit boring. Once, I was a member of an Order of assassins dedicated to eliminating all those who would bring harm to the people of Tamriel for their own pleasure or power. It sounds funny when I say that. When one thinks of assassins, he thinks of silent and precise mercenaries. Not a force of good. And a bit of that was true. We did take payment for our contracts, but only the corrupted were killed.

It was all perfect. We had our home in a former Blades headquarters north of Bruma. It all ended one day, when we were betrayed and destroyed from the within. One of our own, wrote a message to the Thalmor. Before I go any further, I have to point out that our relationship with the Thalmor was complicated. They hated us as we targeted several one their own. They loved us however, as we targeted everyone corrupted. That included a cruel captain watching a key bridge leading from Valenwood into Cyrodiil. He was opressing the folk around his keep, so we killed him. By killing him, we opened a door into Cyrodiil for the Aldmeri 1st Army which crossed the border with no resistance.

Back to our traitor. He lied to the Thalmor, saying that we are now allied with the Blades. We worked with them from time to time, but we weren't very fond of them. The Thalmor hunted us down and burned our home to the ground. Now, I'm the last Hidden One roaming Tamriel. I came north to Skyrim to find a new home for us and rebuild my Order. Then, I will find the snake that betrayed us, and end his life. But first, I need to get of this damn rock.

I'll come back with an actual comment later Delta, but look like a fun ride :)

Lots of fun to be had, me thinks. Nice backstory and character motivation for being in Skyrim, and the pictures make it all nice to look at.

Glad you liked it Phil. This log was created as a way to show the progress of my build so it will be linked in the final product.

As a "starter" of what is to come I think it came across as solid in the RP area, and I think it has got some great potential. Can't wait to see what else you've got stored for us later on Delta :)

If you want any help expanding anythig I'm quite familiar with AC. I can throw in some extensions (bits of extra story that would perhaps make things seem like they didn't cut off as much) as well if you'd be interested in that too. Just as a critique mind you; it looks good to begin with, but I guess my perfectionist is coming out with the writing bits when I'm reading other peoples' works. :P

Sorry Delta, didn't have a chance to comment on this yesterday.

Man, I really like the scale the assassins were operating at - they let the Dominion into Cyrodiil for Talos' sake! You've really donea  good job in showing impartiality there, with their relationship with the Thalmor and the wider world. And what's more you didn't overtly state it, but it was still clear. Very skillful writing. And on top of this, it shows off the character's personality as well. I like the bit about his name, in that he doesn't actually explain. This guy has bigger fish to fry than worrying about something as trivial as a name, he's focussed and in control even when on his knees. Yet again very effective writing as you didn't need to tell us that.

I'm loving this all round Delta, and I'm very much looking forward to the rest!

    "Back to Skyrim."

Hopefully, I've made a good introduction in the first entry. This is the first time I'm writing something like this. Don't know why. Someone will probably read this one day. Anyway, back to the matter at hand. Getting off Solstheim. I took some time to inspect the site of the ambush. Gotta say, I'm impressed. Couple of bandits managed to ambush and defeat a Hidden One. Rare moments. Managed to find a sword, probably one of theirs. Pathetic. Basic rule, never leave your gear behind. Easier to track you down.

Unfortunatly, that was all I've found. No matter, I've survived with less.  I looked out in front of me, to the horizon. I knew that Raven Rock was in front of me. Could see the Red Mountain. I took stock of my supplies, and moved out, down the mountain. Plenty of animals to hunt. Pelts to sell and craft armor. Too bad I didn't have a bow. As I continued on my path, I noticed something strange in the distance. As I came closer, it took the shape of a tower. A Dwemer tower.  This was too good of a oportunity to pass by. I was fascianted by the Dwemer and their ruins. used to explore them on my way to my targets in the past.

I came up to the tower, carefully watching at the details in the stonework. I was one of the few things in which I actually enjoyed. I came up to the gate. I pushed and... nothing. Couldn't open it. Either locked from the other side, or kept shut by a mechanism. I was interested by what could be inside, so I noted down the location on my map. Will come back later, once I'm finished with my current task.

As I made my way further down, I came upon a deceased Dunmer. Before continuing, let me make something clear. I'm not a thief or a corpse robber! I needed his armor. It fitted me well and it had a hood. Perfect. I've put the hood on and made my way towards Raven Rock. The small port town may look beautiful, but don't let that fool you. It's a godforsaken place. Everyone is complaining about something. I hurried towards the harbor and found a small ship docked.

The captain was a young Nord from Windhelm. Comes to Solstheim once a week to deliver supplies to the islanders. He decided that he would take me to Skyrim, but the price was above my budget. So, I made a deal with him. He gets me to the mainland, and I'll do a job for me. The first part of rebuilding a guild is making sure that the people know you're taking contracts. I lied down on my bed in the crews quarter and we set sail towards Windhelm. Should be there tommorow. Best to get some sleep while I can.
