In Him all the secrets of the Philosophers are hidden.”

    Skin Tone: Burnished Gold.

    Build: Slim but Athletic.

    Eyes: Gold.

    Hair: Long, White\Silver.

Apparel: Sul-Zethuselah wears the common robes of the Ashlander but without the headwear that is usually worn for protection from ash-storms as he sees breathing in the wind and ash swept out of the red mountain Balúr as a holy experiance. On his forehead he has fixed a jewled, eight pointed star with an eye carved in to the centre of it, claming it is Azura's Star. In his left ear is a ringlet with Cliff Racer plumes dangleing from it, apperently an artifect that was once part of the fabled Wraithmail worn by the Witness Alandro-Sul. Often seen waring an ashmask.

Tattoos/Scars: Zeth's body is covered in many Velothi religious tattoos and scaring but the most prominent is the eight-spoke wheel tattooed on his forehead. However, it is covered by Azura's Star.

Weapons: Ebony Blade, Paralyze Staff, Azura's Star.

    Background

Special Abilities/Skills: Sul-Zethuselah is a master of an ancient school of magic called Daedric Mysticism or in the past Dark Magic. A practitioner summons pure chaotic creatia from the realms of Oblivion and manipulates and shapes it to his own will. On his forehead he carries the Star of Azura, with it he claims to have been given the blessing of Asura to be able to absorb the souls of pious Dunmer, in order to protect them in the afterlife until Landfall comes.

Place of Birth: Claims he was born on Vvardenfall (what he now calls NeoResdaynia) as part of the Urshilaku Ashlander Clan.

Religion: Nerevarii. Ashkhan Zethuselah is the founder and leader of a new Velothi relgious sect called the Nerevarii. It was born out of the remains of the Nerevarine Cult that survived the aftermath of the Red Moment. The Nerevarii belive that, as it says in the old writings, that the Hortator is the son of Boethiah and the true God of the Velothi people. But when the Dwemer activated the Numidium there God was shattered in to three Holy Avatars. The Nerevarine, the Ghost Snake and the Sharmat. However since the freeing of the Heart of the World the Nerevarii belive that the Ghost Snake was able to bridge the gap between the Nerevarine and the Sharmat so that the 1 and 1 was whole again andd the Hortator was reborn in full. Strangley enough the Nereverii do not beilive in true goodness nor true evil and so do not condem the shapeshifting Demon-King Almsivi, they recognise that was just a dreamborn doppleganger to the true God and respect the part it played in the rebirth of the Hortator. They even go as far as accepting many of it's teaching.

Political Affiliations: Various independent groups that have come out in support of Sul and his followers informally called "Great House Sul" by outsiders. Although the Star with an Eye in the centre has come to be the symbol of the Nerevarii relgion, the symbol of the movement and Great House Sul as a whole is a Cliff Racer or often the claw of a Clif Racer.

    Occupation: High Priest. Ashkhan.

Organizations/Factions: Church of the Nerevarii of the Star-Wounded Near-East. Great House Sul. Clan Urshilaku. Formally: Whirling School, Dreamers, Mabrigash.

    Favorite food/drink: Trama Root Tea.

Interests: Relgious reformation and political revolution. As much as his devoted followers try to put him on a pedestal, the Ashkhan would rather be seen as nothing more than a concerned teacher and adviser. And so he has taken it up on himself to wander any lands that Dunmer call home, often on his own and including thoes outwith Morrowind its self to preach his new religion, there have even been rumers of a mer matching his discription traveling throughout northern Argonia. Along with his religion Zethuselah also advocates a political reconstruction of Morrowind along the lines of his own political ideology that espouses a flexible, multi-faction, consensus-oriented, anti-monopolistic confederation that would see Ashland nomads and settled House Dunmer able to live along side each other peacefully. This political ideology has made gains in the northern parts of Vvardenfall, but there have been resistance farther to the south. Our agents say there as been no armed conflict as yet but, it is likely in the future.

Flaws: It is very hard to nail down the truth of who Zethuselah truely is. Most of the information we have is extreamly unreliable, coming from either his own fallowers or rumors from the common people. There are hundereds of rumors concerning this mer that range from him being a con-artist, a sheogorath-touched mad-mer, to Vivec returned or Alandro Sul reincarnated. There is even one stating that he is an agent of the Thalmor and if that one is true his cover is so deep that even I can't find it. Compaired to some of these rumors, the Ashkhan's claims of being a priest blessed by Azura don't seem so far fetched. Although heretical they still are.

Citizenship: Morrowind, Vvardenfall. Ashlands and former Territory of Great House Dagoth.

Personality: Sul-Zethuselah has shown great charisma when speaking to the people. His temperament has shown to range from jovial and welcoming (as much as a Son of Morrowind can be either) when speaking casualy, to intense, passionate enthroling when preaching his relgion of debating his politicts.

Overview: So far our agents have yet to determin how much of a threat the Ashkhan or his followers are to the Aldmeri Dominion. Orginally the Thalmor Council advocated for an execution order but has now decided to let the situation continue in the hopes that his movment will destabilize the region and hinder the growth of the Dunmer nation. However this is a gamble as the reverse may occure and a new cultural awakening may embolden Morrowind.

High Priets and Ashkhan? Seems like an interesting mix, and I'm definitely looking forward to the backstory that explains it. I also like the fact that this is in a Thalmor Dossier for a profile - it already says loads about the character just by the name, which is great. Don't know much about the Chimer, so hopefully this'll be very enlightening.

I did try and write it in a more snarky pompous Altmer style but I wasn't very good at it so I just left it be a straight report more or less.

If you think that style would be better, I'd really recommend writing it that way. Any twist to the usual formula is welcome, and if you want to do it you should, regardless of how good you are (and I guarantee I'll enjoy it as well!).

Or you could go down the middle with it and insert little quotes or opinions in italics after certain bits of info, to get a little bit of the Thalmor derision in their without taking it too far - like if an agent was bored at their post and started messing with the dossiers. For example, after Personality you could write in the style of an agent, showing their disbelief or annoyance that such a person could woo others like that, espeically Altmer.
