How to Enter the College WITHOUT Starting the Questline

  Yeah, I probably should've thought a little more about my response before answering immediately, sorry. Though if you can get master spells without actually joining the college, it'd certainly be nice.

  As Sapiarch, I state thus:

  I have determined after...some...testing that entering the college this way (by not taking the test and joining) does not allow you to do the ritual spell quests. Speaking to the instructors with 100 skill and asking can you teach me about conjuration, they will say "There's nothing more I can teach you" - no new option to learn more appears. Even so, you could only do 3/5 ritual spell quests (Destruction and restoration cannot be done - destruction being from faralda, restoration requiring part of the line be completed).
