  Thanks Shin,

  I run a pretty dated version of photoshop actually mate, I don't get any sliders when using that filter. In your position i'd start at the default setting and then tweak any available sliders carefully to see what happens. You may find some images aren't going to benefit from the filter at all in which case it's going to do more harm than good so don't feel obliged to use it...
