So I read this and tried it...granted I have Open Office instead of Microsoft Office but in using the Presentation option (same as Powerpoint) I was able to duplicate this to some extent.

The only issue was saving it.  It saves as a presentation slide (Powerpoint) but I can only upload as a picture (jpeg etc) on the site here.  Any suggestions?

Do you have the option to export? The image formats should be in there if they are anywhere. LibreOffice works in a similar way, "save as" covers the MS Office formats and it's own format, then export handles everything else.

    Hope this helps

That was it Meli...Thanks!  I still had to open it in Paint afterwards and then cut the picture and paste into a new Paint set to get the borders to work.  Straight from the export it had like three inches on top and bottom that looked horrible trying to put into a build.

I just use paint for the whole thing. Works just the same, and is much less complicated.

Fonts and adding effects to the text as well as the equipment eg the glow on the text here as well as the drop shadow which is partially covered by the glow. I also made the edits to the background image in powerpoint.
