    Famine

And when the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, "Come and see." I did and behold, a black horse, and he that sat upon him had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, "A measure of wheat for a days wages, and three measures of barley for a days wages; but do not touch the oil or the wine."

    Revelation 6:5-6

"I was the second born of Lilith . . . but dear ol' dad doesn't seem to care about that. I pray my brothers have not had to suffer as I have. For countless years I was chained high above the banquet table, being forced to watch my father hold feasts for his demons; and his favorite souls of the damned. They would have roast pig, fried chicken, venison, fruits, cakes, and . . . cream tarts! They would eat infront of me . . . they would eat everything and I begged them, oh how would beg! But they never . . . they never gave me food; NOT ONCE! For centuries I begged them to give me something . . . ANYTHING! Even if it were a crumb from stale bread . . . anything would have been better than nothing! I asked why he wouldn't give me anything . . . and he said 'Because you don't deserve it.'

For thousands of years, I waited, and I begged . . . but I was never fed! Then something changed . . . a feast, larger than any other was held. Food beyond food! They feasted on pig, chicken, and venison . . . but most of all . . . they feasted on Mana! The heavenly food! They feasted for hours . . . and then I heard Him. I heard his footsteps, his voices, his . . . holiness. It was him . . . the Lord above lords, the King of kings . . . the Messiah! The feast ceased and I was witnessed to something truly amazing . . . the fear, the anger, that sadness . . . this is what I saw in my father's eyes . . . in the eyes of the devil! I smiled and laughed as I heard the Christ proclaim victory over Sin, Death, and the Devil! Lucifer turned to me and screamed, 'Damn you! You filthy creature! Damn you!' He turned away and stormed out of the room screaming.

For three days no feasts were held and I could hear Lucifer screaming and cursing God . . . and then he stopped . . . and a feast was held . . . but no one came. All were ordered to stay away from the banquet table and for six hundred and sixty-six days I stared at the food which stayed perfect . . . no mold grew upon any of the food for those days . . . and then Lucifer returned, as did his feasts.

I could not tell you how long it was, but I couldn't bear it anymore. Then I heard it, the sound of a thunderous voice say "Come and see." Lucifer glanced around then up at me and grinned, showing his yellow teeth. I blinked and I appeared in heaven! The pearl white floor, the walls of gold, and the tapestries of amethyst, it was a sight of true beauty. I then heard the voice of God, and he told me that I was to go onto the earth and bring famine to the land of Skyrim. He told me that I would find my vessel in Solitude, the city of plenty.

I went and I found him draped in tattered clothes, walking towards the Blue Palace and I possessed him and our halves fit together perfectly. We had a hunger that we did not know . . . that we were missing something . . . each other. Our hunger to be complete was now satisfied, but our overall hunger was ravaging and we searched for food.

Together, WE are Famine! We ARE hunger itself!"

    Race- Imperial

    Stats- 2 Health, 2 Magica, 2 Stamina

Stone- Famine is hunger incarnate and hungers for all things, even magic. He uses the Atronach Stone to devour the power of the magic that hits him.

    Major Skills:

"I am not used to wearing any armor, but I do have something for protection . . ."

Alteration- Famine does not use armor as he does not know how to wear it properly, however, he does know how to create magical armor to keep him safe. He uses Alteration spells to protect himself from enemy attacks.

"Awe. Look at those humans just sitting there barely feasting and wasting food . . . they don't seem to know how valuable food really is. Let's see if I can teach them a thing or two about hunger."

Illusion- Famine is able to make his enemies experience such hunger that they'll kill their own friends for food!

"I cannot lift a great sword nor a regular sword, nor can I pull back the string of a bow, but daggers I can wield. They are small but very sharp and allow me to hit the weak points on my enemies."

One-Handed- Unlike War and Pestilence, who are able to wield large weapons, Famine can only wield a set of daggers which allow him to hit enemies multiple times in quick succession.

"I am not tall and mighty like my brothers but my small stature allows me to get close enough to my enemies without being seen."

Sneak- Famine is unable to use bows and large weapons due to his weakness but he's able to sneak up on his prey and kill them with a pair of daggers.

"My brother, War, taught me how to focus my hunger into spells. I do not care for the heat of hell fire, or the sting of lightning at my fingertips, but frost . . . oh the crisp, freezing air . . . I love it!"

Destruction- When people begin to starve their body temperature drops dramatically. Famine finds no comfort in fire, nor lighting, but frost . . . frost is his ally, his strength, his power. He freezes his enemies and forces their body to use up most of it's stored energy to keep them alive . . . until they begin to starve and eventually die of hunger.

    Minor Skills:

"Death taught each of us how to use the power of souls to enchant items and give them power that we can use for ourselves . . . this should be rather useful."

Enchanting- Famine uses enchanting to increase his protection in combat as he does not wear any armor and the spells can only do so much.

"I know they have it (sniff) I KNOW IT! They have food locked away in there! I WANT IT!"

Lockpicking- Famine IS hunger incarnate and he NEEDS food. He will get his food one way or another.

    Perks

Alteration: Dual Casting, Mage Armor 3/3, Magic Resistance 3/3, and Atronach (and all the other perks required to get them).

Illusion- Dual Casting and Master of the Mind (and all the perks in between).

One-Handed: Armsman 5/5, Dual Fury 2/2, and Dual Savagery.

    Sneak: All of them.

Destruction: Dual Casting, Impact, Augmented Frost 2/2, and Deep Freeze.

Enchanting: Enchanter 5/5, Frost Enchanter, Insightful Enchanter, Corpus Enchanter, and Extra Effect.

Lockpicking: Master Locks, and Unbreakable (and all the other perks required to get them).

    Gear:

    Hunger

"I NEVER go anywhere without a well sharpened blade . . . you never know when you'll find a good meal."

    (enchant with Absorb Health+Absorb Magic)

    Gorger

"Sometimes your hands just get so greasy that you can't even grab the food, a good fork will always help with that!"

    (enchant with Absorb Health+Absorb Stamina)

    The Ragged Cap

"Don't let it's appearance fool you, the cap is infused with a small bit of my hunger and thus is a powerful piece of clothing."

The Ragged Cap is one of the most powerful of Famine's artifacts and is able to strengthen the Horseman's frost spells and keep him from drowning.

    (enchant with Fortify Destruction+Water Breathing)

    The Feaster's Gloves

"These gloves allow me to tear into the flesh of my enemies so I can get better chunks of their sweet flesh!"

Famine's hunger is great and will go as far as to eat the flesh of humans just to satisfy his hunger for a few moments longer.

    (enchant with Fortify One-Handed+Fortify Unarmed)

    The Rags of Hunger

"When I was released I was stripped of my favorite pair of rags. Sure they're raggs, but I got used to them after a few millenia."

Famine's rags are of a specific design and it just so happens that these rags are formed from wherewolves transforming in their clothes.

    (enchant with Fortify Health+Healing Rate)

    The Footwraps of Hunger

"I've been wearing these as long as I can remember . . . so soft."

The footwraps that Famine wears are nothing special to anyone other than Famine. He knows how to wear them properly which allows him to sneak up on his enemies without being heard.

    (enchant with Muffle+Stamina Regen)

    The Ring of Famine

"NAMIRA! That misserable wretch! She stole it from me! MY RING! It was MINE, NOT HER'S, MINE! I retrieved it from her and then went and found her vessal, Edda, and killed her and feasted on her flesh! Who knew a Princess of Hell could taste so sweet!"

Famine's ring holds an ounce of his power and without it he cannot feast upon the sweet flesh of mortals which he so desperately craves! After he retrieved his ring he killed Edda, the beggar in which Namira resided, and feasted on her flesh. The ring can only be worn by Famine himself as if a human were to wear it, they would experience an insatiable hunger for human flesh!

    The Amulet of Feasts

"My amulet keeps me alive in combat, allowing me to stay alive should I get hit by one of those tasty mortals!"

The Amulet of Feasts is a dangerous artifact that if, worn by a human, causes them to become hungry and eat until they inevitably explode. As for Famine, it enhances his abilities and makes his attacks far more dangerous.

    (enchant with Fortify One-Handed+Healing Rate)

    Starvation

"Starvation! Oh how I've missed him, he's a great steed and seems to be well fed . . . looks like we'll have to find the person that fed you all this time and see if they can satisfy my cravings."

"Berries, apples, pies, tarts, deer, humans and elves, I have eaten everything up to this point yet still I hunger!"

    Gameplay

Famine is the second born of Lilith and is NOT to be trifled with. Many say that he's the weakest, in physical stature this is true, but hunger is a VERY powerful thing and Famine is hunger incarnite and is not to be taken lightly. He feeds upon any and everything he can get his hands on, from a crumb of bread to the flesh of a child, there is nothing that Famine won't eat to sate his appetite. He travels around Skyrim searching for food to satisfy his cravings and usually eats about 10 things and then he just hords items. He will never, NEVER drink any wine, or alcoholic beverage. When the items he has are gone and there's no food around . . . thats when you want to run because more likely than not that little girl and her family are his next meal!

Famine is very sneaky and stalks his prey for as long as he needs to before striking and devouring their corpse! He hides in the shadows but should he be seen by an enemy he'll attack with a ravenous ferocity! He uses Flesh Spells to give him protection from any attacks that he might sustain during combat and is nearly invincible in hand to hand combat, despite his strength and stature. If he's overly hungry (which he usually is) he takes on the form of a great wolf and devours everything in his path!

He became a member of the companions but left after obtaining the beast blood. He never followed Aela into the fortress and merely took off to find a meal worth his while. He helps mortals from time to time but only really cares about one thing, satisfying his relentless hunger! He will consume everything in Skyrim and when he's done, he'll continue through Tamriel, feasting upon everything leaving nothing for the people of the world so that they might starve along with him!

    Quests

Main Questline: "The Angels are now calling themselves 'Dragons' pft, how ridiculous! I know that Death should be arriving soon, when he does he should be well fed . . . perhaps I'll kill some Dragons and send their souls to Death, he should find use for them and maybe he'll decipher these damned Angelic Texts for me."

The Taste of Death Quest: "Namira stole my ring and now calls it her own . . . I'll have to pretend to serve her if I desire to retrieve it."

Theive's Guild Questline- "I could use some help learning how to steal food, perhaps these street rats can help me."

Companions Questline (until you get the beast blood)- "The blood of the wolf is a very valuable tool, it's been able to focus my hunger a bit and now I can eat humans all I want!"

     Feeding Frenzy- Mayhem+Hunger n' Gorger+Slow Time Shout+Ring of Famine

I quite liked this one Darkness, very much so. I think this might be the...cleanest of the three horsemen so far, a lot simpler in design, though still really interesting (and the backstory is another winner). I really enjoy your writing style, it's short and to the point where it can be but you still create some pretty interesting characters through the backstories.

Good build mate, good build indeed.

EDIT: Just as a quick note, it is against group rules to like your own content.
