I think it should be forbidden to post a build that has mods. Having a build with mods win a contest, get into the hall of fame or modern masters tournaments is favoritism. Builds that are based on hard work should win a contest or be in the hall of fame. Builds with mods are ruining the good tamriel vault name. Also, I believe it was a bad idea to bring mods onto the PS4 and crap box one. Mods are meant to be on PC not on console. Skyrim should focus on hardwork and perseverance, NOT MODS!!!!!!!

Alright, so first of all; who shat in your coffee?

Second; I do hope this is a joke.

Third: Why would those be mutually exclusive, to begin with? Mods don't remove the hard work and perseverance needed to create a semi-decent build. Sure, some people have maybe been using modded mechanics as a bit of a crutch lately but that doesn't mean their builds don't require work to set up and that they don't deserve recognition for said hard work. Get your damn head out of your ass.

Well my next build is going to be mod free cause I figured out some fun Vanilla mechanics and rp that I wanted to try out and I actually liked the build better when I tested it on Vanilla rather than modded, which I've also tested it modded. I don't dislike mods, and they are listed in my builds as "enhancements", though all my builds can easily be played in Vanilla. However, if mods don't work in a build, it doesn't work. And in this case, it didn't work. I'm also a bit on an achievement kick from having a new PS4, so I'm like all I want trophies. I don't think using mods is bad though, up to the builder, says I.

Teenava, no, this is not a joke. Mod shouldn’t be a part of tamrielvault, enchancements or otherwise and consoles should never have mods ever. The long-chapper, I respect your decision to use mods on consoles. I will never mod my PS4 if I get Skyrim SE, however.

William, you do realize there are quest, armor, and weapon mods that aren't cheaty, yes?

    It's Teineeva, by the way.

So, why this sudden aversion to mods, William? I'm curious.

Well, as an avid person who goes through her game trying to make it more miserable (ei Requiem and the Immersion overhaul), I can vouch for that. Not all mods are cheaty.

Chris, When modding a game, like morrowind or oblivion, I sometimes use weapons mods if that mod fits my character, but, all of the time I use graphic mods to bring the game up to date. I see most mods as gameskillers. I think a character is best played without mods

True, there ARE a number of gamebreaking mods, but most add in say, weapons from other media, or sexy armors
