I've been running a build somewhat like this, but with more focus on the upfront/melee combat than stealth based archery (I've been running too many stealth characters lately). My build is more of a skirmisher or scout than an assassin type, utilizing the bound sword/shield for most of my combat and archery for when I feel the urge to sneak attack. I haven't done any of the DB or TG quests, but I have completed the civil war questline.
On another note, I've noticed that Elemental Fury does not work with bound swords(at least for me). I don't have the soul stealing or oblivion binding perks either. I only took mystic binding. Can someone confirm either way?
Regardless, this build looks to be a fun and enjoyable one, you get a like from me.

Also, please feel free to remove the 'Restored' banner at the end of the build--I put it there as a courtesy to let the reader know that the build has been worked on by somebody other than its original creator without his or her knowlege.
