I'm not entirely sure what to say Liss, I've  been a bit more absent from the Workshop for awhile so I haven't been checking in daily like I did when it was first posted but this has turned out to be truly amazing. I don't really know what else to say, the way that you've really brought Henantier into life with very little to originally work with, you've really captured the image of a character who's at war with his elven heritage (if that makes sense) and who's trying to fully embrace everything Nordic and Companions-y.

I'm just really amazed with this, I'd have to put this up there as one of the best builds I've ever read, easily in my top five there and it just...I dunno Liss, I might have a new favourite, congratulations on this masterpiece :)

How can I say more than what has already been said? This build is positively amazing.

Very innovative build, Lissette! This is one of the best Altmer builds I've seen on the Vault. The creativity alone makes it fantastic, not to mention the actual gameplay!

Thanks Rogue. I really enjoyed playing Henantier. I started making Altmers into warriors with Aelberon of Dusk, my first Requiem playthrough, though he also had restoration.  And yes, he will be a build too, but his story is tricky. In Straag Rod, it turns out that Henantier is Aelberon's distant ancestor on his father's side and that the family clan Aelberon is from worshipped Henantier as a god-ancestor, the character concept has special meaning in the world of Straag Rod. The gameplay is very simple, but I am always a very simple player. That's why I addressed gameplay for those who are better at blocking with than I. Needed to be done. Button combos are kinda out of my league. Lol.

Very intrigued to see what Goldie does with Ordinator. We will add the perkspread to this build when his playthrough is done. I don't think Henantier could do Requiem without the acquisition of more skills. He'd get through Companions without issue, but Alduin really favors more resistances and stuff. That being said, I think he could handle Smilodon and other combat mods if people wanted a challenge.

Thank you so much, Deebs, but let me tell you how invaluable the workshop was.

Remember these? Nope, not afraid to put these out there...

cringing, just cringing right now... it's soooo girly and Henantier is all Merly with axes and things!

This is what the Workshop does, friends. Makes me take a look at my work objectively and go "GAH!" at all those sissy snow flakes! It made me really think about what I was doing and why I was doing it in this build. It made me abandon the categories and think about building in a different way. And I'm glad for it, so thank you, Deebs, for yours and Wu's efforts on the Workshop, and for the comments and feedback people gave me when I asked questions or asked for opinions.  It really does help. :)

The work and dedication in which you pour into your projects shows just as much here as it does anywhere in TV if not more. It’s not just the great artwork or hours of testing and fine tuning but the small little things which add light and color to The Outsider.

From the choice of mods to the perks, and even using Skjor to add that extra spark…

Everything shines Lissette; it’s a real credit to you.

Awwowowowowowowowoowoowwo, Sotek. Thanks for stopping by! And thanks for your kind words.

Skjor is normally not someone anybody writes home about, but I had to give him his due. Glad you were cool with it. I'll get totems of hircine in a build, I promise you.

Incredible as always, Lisette, another masterpiece, expected nothing less :) Also I noticed something odd in the shouts section - you seem to be using some strange, possibly modded shout called "Unrelenting Borce"... Wonder what that does ;-)

Oh you don't have this mod? It's called the "Four glasses of wine" mod and its available for download from your fridge. It creates all sorts of amazing new shouts, powers, even quests. :D My favorte quest so far, was Proving Armor.

Lol, thanks for pointing that out. Feeeeeexed. :D
