An Altmer that kicks a whole lot of Nordic arse better than all Nords combined! This one is the perfect example for future generations and Ulfric Farts-Under-Cloak and his whole army of Fart-Under-Cloaks should learn from him. This is what it means to be a true son of Skyrim. It´s so awesome to finally see this bear fruits and it totally deserves it. Kickass, Lis. Kickass!

I love the whole idea of Fart-Under-Cloaks. I always chuckle when you say that. I am super happy to see it up too, Karver. Man, I hope my next build doesn't take me nearly a year.

You underestimate your talent for this Lis, it is absolutely fabulous, a masterpiece created by a very talented builder,  the epic screen shots of him wearing his Nordic Armour alongside the Helm of Yngol only serve to bring life to your character, pair that with the story of a denied soul desperate to take his place with the glorious dead,  his dream of entering the Hall of Valour and acceptance his only goal.  a single word of praise seems lax for a build of this calibre I could write a few but the most fitting here is Masterful, congratulations not on only the build but for realising a personal dream.  Accept the many accolades that will come with this Lis, you deserve all of them.

Looks great Lissette.  Very well done.  Kudos.  I know you grinded this one out but it looks like it was worth the time and effort you took to complete it.  Great job.

Thanks, Bonelord. It felt really good bringing this character mentioned in a snippet from a book to life. And also Two-handed, and axes, and pointy horned helmets. :D

Yeah, it was mostly just struggling and juggling the playtest with all my real life jobs, Straag Rod, and the site move. I definitely hope my next build does not take me nearly a year to do. Thanks for the support, John. Glad you like the build. :D

Wow! *gonna add some spaces below to show just how blown away I am*

Okay, done being blown awa... nope, not just yet.

Still blown away, but I can write again ;D

This really was an epic undertaking, and I hate using the word 'epic' because it is so heavily used, but there just isn't another word that works. Lore, mechanics, characterization/roleplay, unique/underutilized elements that bring a new feel to the game... this one's got it all and it uses them well!

And while I love characters that go against what we typically think of when we think of race or faction or type, this goes far beyond that, and even beyond being a build--this is a story you can play... how awesome is that!

Again, blown away by the enormity of what this build does :D

Lol, I blews ups the minds. :D

Bloody head guts aside, thanks so much for the kind words, Shin.

You know, while I liked EFC, really, you can do it without the mod and I provided guidelines as to what provides suitable substitutes. I'm almost tempted to play this build modless, or very nearly so, as I think his inventory would be even simpler. I enjoyed a lot of what was done, but with DCO, it sometimes was extremely difficult to play. When you are bombarded by two Revered and one Legendary dragon with no cover, you feel it. I doubt you'd need so much Become Etherial on a Vanilla game as he only reached level 51.

I read this again and definitely face palmed. A lot of errors. Sorry.

Glad you liked the perkspreads. And thank you for supporting the build, Goldie. YAY Superiors! :D

It's more that I want to try EFC and this is the perfect build for that, also I'm aware of the substitutes as I did read the build :P And I'm also unlikely to play with any difficulty mods beyond what I already have, I wonder how he'll fair with a mixture of MorrowLoot Ultimate (mainly the deleveling of locations) and Smilodon.

And I agree. Yay Superiors! :D

    I hear you.

As for the mod mix, I'm not sure. Deleveling is sometimes pretty tough, you know, having played Requiem, myself. Honestly, though, he's got smithing on his side, so that allows for tempering gear, which will boost even the lower-tiered armor and weapons of his early to mid game to respectable levels. He's also not bound by any strict code of fighting conduct *cough* Aelberon *cough* either, so you can use whatever tactics you need to in order to get the job done. I've thought of running him on Special Edition as he was a very rewarding playthrough. I may up the difficulty with needs mods. I forgot to list them, but they'd work well with him too.

Smithing will actually be less useful with MLU as the mod pages says "Tempering is about 40% less effective." Which may actually be beneficial with reflect blows as that reflects the damage you take after armor rating is factored in, so not having the armor cap will let me send back more damage.

I'll also be using Ordinator when I play through this so that will provide some interesting differences :D
