Hmmm, this one slipped by me. I only just saw the video.

I've had wierd problems with emails lately, not all of them get to me and they're starting to come back so I have tons of new emails from days ago XO

Anyway, cool build :D Love the referance to the Orc Bard lol!

EDIT: Since you said you have the 'actually a deadly debate' mod which adds +5% shout time reduction to pretty much all the speech perks I'm guessing you use Shouts quite a lot. And it fits with a 'singer' like her/him.

Speech is surprisingly difficult to level, since I sold pretty much all my potions, iron daggers, leather bracers and enchanted jewelry and still only ended up at 30. I know realistically it'd be a major part of the build but given it's relative uselessness and difficulty to level I made it a minor skill. Thanks for your interest!

I didn't play a dragonborn character; I completely avoided the main quest!

Oh... I thought you did cause you whipped out a Blades Sword with Lightning so I presumed it was Dragonbane...

Nah, that's my "Lightning Crescent"! Only 5 shock damage with loads of charges, with Soul Siphon I barely have to recharge it!

Nice build, I always wanted a different build to play, now I can play this!

But not Orc. You might know what happens to Orc Bards.

Auto like, as if it wasn't one already.

Ponty, this is in my top ten favorite builds (and it does not hurt in my opinion that you fashioned it on a female) .  Thank you for taking the time to work all of this out and present it in such an appealing fashion. I really like the potential RP aspects to really help give the character focus.  It would be nice to see more of the Bards College in general in the game, but this would go a long way in making up for that.  Fantastic!

I love this concept as I think an adventuring Bard is the perfect type of hero to adventure through the world of The Elder Scrolls. I do have a question about the enchanting aspect. I've never really been able to visualize going deep into enchanting without doing conjuration as well to fill soul stones. Is it possible to efficiently level enchanting without the casting cost reduction of sould trap that is afforded by putting points in the conjuration tree?

I used a soultrap staff, not the most effecient way but it gets your enchanting up pretty fast just recharging the damn thing. Once you have the first recharging perk a Petty Soul will fill about 2/3 and a Lesser will fill it fully. It's a breeze once you get ahold of the Azura's Star.
