A Redguard from a political house in Hammerfell who is skilled with sword and shield.  He uses his sword and shield to his best and even shouts to make his enemies tremble before him.

Lore: The Forebears are a political party in Hammerfell and were the ones to pave the way for the Crowns to settle in Hammerfell as well(another political house and their leaders). The Yokudan's sailed east before Yokuda sank in the sea and they claimed Hammerfell from the other races. The Forebears and Crowns hate each other, when High king Thassad II died in the second era year 862 their rivalry restarted and a civil war broke between the two sides and because of this Tiber Septim and his Imperial Legion won the Battle of Stros M'kai to take Hammerfell during his conquest after many failed attempts to take Hammerfell. (The Forebears signed a pact with the legion to defeat the Crowns at Stros M'kai). The Forebears are skilled in war and more open minded about accepting other races unlike the Crowns. The capital of the Forebears is Sentinel near the sea and the Crowns are on the other side of Hammerfell and currently both the Forebears and the Crowns are in a war with the Dominion fighting to keep their land.

    Backstory:

Armelan grew up in Sentinal as a Forebear and was born just after the Great war. He never met his father because he was slain by the Thalmor when the Dominion came to Hammerfell to claim the land that the White Gold Concordat gave them and the Redguards banded up together to drive them out of Hammerfell. Armelan was trained by the other Forebears how to use a shield and basic weaponry. At twenty one years old he got bored of being stuck in the city's walls  and told his mother he was going going on an adventure. He traveled to Cyrodill and heard of  the Thalmor presence in Skyrim and he went there to avenge his father that he never met for the other Forebears but was caught on the border of Skyrim.

    Other Info

    Stat distribution0 magicka2 health/ 2 stamina

Equipment: Scaled armor,Scaled boots,Scaled bracers,Steel Shield,Ebony sword, and an amulet of Talos

    Gameplay

Charge in with a shield charge and knock down as many enemies as you can and try to kill as many as you can. Shield Bashing plays a huge role in combat such as disarming a powerful enemy or bashing a dragon when he is about to shout showing how agile you are with quick reflexes or just dealing damage your shield has an answer for everything. Your sword is there to pick off enemies after they've been taken off their feet by your shield charge and dealing damage with power attacks or paralyzing them by doing a backwards power attack. Cyclone and elemental fury will be used in combat as your main shouts, First use elemental fury ( I only use two words so my shouts timer cools down faster) and start swinging wildly at your enemy while running circles around him. Cyclone is used for if your are cornered and kill them on the ground or if you can send someone over the edge. He will also take advantage of his environment so if he can shout or bash someone off a cliff he will do it. He doesn't heal unless he has health potions in his inventory because he doesn't know magic(Skyrim Unbound is good for tweaking settings so you don't know spells).

Mages can be a threat as well as archers if not focused on because they cast or shoot arrows from a distance. For Archers first take out any melee opponents that are charging directly at you then after that charge forward with a shield charge or use cyclone to take them off their feet and put your blade through their heart. Next mages your shouts won't be a lot help because of their wards however you will get more magic resistance with the elemental protection perk. Use Adrenaline rush and sprint to the mage and power attack while sprinting, this is specially useful with frost mages. Warriors usually open battle with their weapon or shield raised(least they do for me) so simply power attack them to make them stagger, If they open with a power attack then show how agile you really are with quick reflexes and appear behind him. Dragons are difficult because if it's not on the ground you won't be dealing damage to it. First when it's in the air and stationary to shout try and find cover  if not then make distance between you and the dragon and second when it's on the ground and about to shout bash it before he does so it staggers and deliver powerful blows and powerful bashes to the beast's head as when it bites just block the attack.

    PerkSpread

Smithing: This will only be used to make your armor and weapon with Advanced armor making you able to make Scaled armor with the boots and bracers and your steel shield and your Ebony sword with Ebony Smithing.

Block: So you can block and bash effectively and get all the perks such as disarming bash to disarm your enemies when you bash as well and deadly bash to deal five times more damage when you power bash. The main perk is Shield Charge which allows you to sprint with your shield raised  and if you hit someone they get launched backwards and off their feet so you can kill them on the floor. Quick reflexes is a fun perk when your enemies power attack with your shield raised time slows allowing you to move backwards out of harms way or go behind while time is slowed making them regret power attacking an agile warrior.

One Handed: To use your sword to it's finest and to get Paralyzing strike so when you successfully perform a backwards power attack it has the chance to paralyze whoever you hit which is great if you are cornered and your shout hasn't cooled down. I only put two points into Bladesman because i feel it's to overpowered in all three points are put into Bladesman.

Light Armor: To protect yourself during combat. The main perk is unhindered so you don't get weighed down by your armor as well as wind walker so your stamina regenerates faster and your also putting five points into Agile defender for maximum protection.

    Quests:

Main Questline, Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Stormcloaks bacause they hate the Thalmor and so does he ,Companions but cure Lycanthropy, Help rebuild the Blades and kill Paarthurnax because you never liked the greybeards trying to throw you off your destiny. The White Phill for a useful potion, In My Time of Need at first hear Saadia's story then side with the Alik'r warriors as your a part of a politicial house and know of her lies, Missing in action to put a black eye in the Thalmor

    Closing Notes

First I'd like to thank Noodles for the awesome Template. Next I'd like to thank Dragonborn for all the help he has given me. Let me know where to improve.

Didn't notice this was out sorry Joe. I'd say the major thing I can see is that an expansion on the quests and a bit of shuffling around is needed.

At the moment you've just got a list of quests, which while satisfying to a reader to know what quests they're going to do with this build it'd be a good idea to have a roleplay-based reason for each written down, and for some (Like In My Time of Need) it can be useful to include the Roleplay so we know which side to join.

As for the shuffling. You should move the Other Information up higher, so people don't need to read the entire build to get it.

I'd structure the Gameplay section more like this.

Mages can be a threat as well as archers if not focused on because they cast or shoot arrows from a distance. First take out any melee opponents that are charging directly at you then after that charge forward with a shield charge and take them off their feet and put your blade through their heart.

This just makes it easier to tell which type of foe you're talking about (I'd also separate Archers and Mages more, you do approach combat differently with each of them). Bolding the text for your skills would also be a good idea (just the skills, not the entire section) so they're easier to distinguish.

Other than those few presentation recommendations I do have to say it looks pretty good. Everything is here, you've got some nice screenshots to go with it and a pretty interesting character. I'll drop in my like and I hope to see more work coming from you

It's refreshing to see a simple character build. For a first time you did good. If you want some advice, next time try and find something regarding the gameplay that makes your build stand out from the vast crowd of characters in the CB group.

Your first build? Congradulatons. I would suggest two things actually.

1.) Organize your categories abit better in this order. Introduction, Lore, Backstory, Skills, Perk Spread, Combat ( Make sure, you include all the enemies this character is going to run up against based on quests chosen. This is an issue most builds on here have ) Roleplay/Quests. Even though you have it all here. Some more vague than others. It is great you put effort in getting in there.

2.) Is this character should have a long ranged weapon. Can't use magic so a bow would have to suffice. I think out of the humanoid races, the Redguard make the best bowsman. Not being able to attack from range, especially when enemies are at Hard to reach places can be a huge disadvantage.

Nonetheless, you have my like. Good luck on the editions.

This is a good first attempt. As far as what could be improved, maybe hit up the art group for some cool text banners for section separators. You should also pick up an equipment spread while you are at it. I would also say to add a bit of spice you could pick up a magic skill. Alteration could be a good fit and you could keep the stat spread you currently have and take this one on up to 50. With the right perks you would have enough magic to cast spells, plus you could pick up some more magic resistance.

I feel like you have your write up almost entirely backwards. That basic information at the very bottom (race, stone, stat dis.) should be at the very top. Its important to get the basic info out of the way before you delve deeper.
