  I quite like this build. I was really sold on the introduction and I like how this build focuses on such a rare magic spell. Even if vision of the tenth eye has little practical use, you did a great job using role play to give it purpose. 

  I feel like you could use a better perks spread, so I took the liberty of making you one. If there are any mistakes let me know and Ill fix it.

  Sadly it wasn't as "glamorous" a spell as one would like to base a build on..lol.  Still in developing the build I thought it worked in with "The Nine" from a deity standpoint and then the spell gave some credence to the cleric prayerbook from D&D (and a lot of input from Relycs on that one). 

  Thanks so much for the perk spread.  I wish I had even a smidgen of your ability as that really spiced up the build art immensely!   While updating that I moved the perk points up to the top in the build section.  I think they look better up there.  So that cleaned up the Perk section a good bit as well.
