    Hey guys. When I was playing and testing Lazareth the Risen, I had an idea which would use the Atronach Forge, Daedric Armour, and an untold legend of the Wanderer. Well without further ado, I am proud to present to you;

    Backstory

    There is an ancient, untold legend of a creature; which is neither Man, Mer, Beast nor Elf. This creature has a name. She is known as the Wanderer of Oblivion. She had entered Oblivion countless times for certain items such as a Sigil Stone and daedric remains. She created the mysterious Atronach Forge but a price had to be paid. She had been teleported into an Oblivion rift and was stuck there with no way of returning, for all eternity; No one knows how it happened and no one even dares to find out.

    Some say it was the Daedric Lords, who had trapped her in Oblivion; others say it was a mistake bound to happen. Then there are scholars who insist that the Atronach Forge of legend does not exist; But there is a rumour that she entered the Deadlands and stole a Greater Sigil Stone months before the incident for creating the Forge, She had made many enemies in her time; Even the Daedric Lords themselves wanted her to be destroyed.

    Scholars have in secret seen the Forge and have tried to unlock its full potential with no luck; They were only able to summon Lesser Daedra and mere spell tomes. Only the Wanderer can unlock its full potential. People said that she, the Wanderer of Oblivion plots not only against Nirn but against the Daedric Lords themselves.

    It is legend that if the Wanderer of Oblivion ever escapes Oblivion, then nothing can stand in her way  from bringing absolute destruction and chaos to Tamriel as well as Oblivion. People now say that the Wanderer has returned, They saw a ring of fire with a woman inside unscathed, with an evil malice that surround her whole body.

    The Build

    Race: Breton Female
    Stone: Mage -> Steed Stone
    Stats: 3/2/1
    Major Skills: Conjuration, Destruction, Two Handed
    Minor Skills: Alchemy, Heavy Armour
    Shouts: Slow Time, Drain Vitality, Marked for Death

    The Wanderer is effectively a power-hungry, evil, Cudgel swinging, Dremora summoning Death Knight. She uses; the Champions Cudgel as her main weapon (Bound Battleaxe till you get it), Dremora Lords which can and will be swapped for Dremora Thralls, the destructive powers (Fire, Frost and Shock), and Alchemy to create powerful potions and deadly poisons.

    Your main goal is to destroy Nirn and eventually Oblivion. You must hoard anything that is a powerful relic as it may help you later on the future. Collect any and all Black Books to increase your power. Try to betray as many Daedric Lords as you can (e.g changing the Broken Star to the Black Star which infuriates Azura).

    I recommend building a house with Hearthfire so you are able to hold any and all treasures and able to grow rare and expensive ingredients that can be used to create powerful potions or deadly poisons. The house you should build with Hearthfire is Windstad Manor as it is near the middle of nowhere.

    The Atronach Forge will be your friend throughout the playthrough as it is used to create our end game gear, Daedric. Conjuration will be even more useful as it is used to 'powering' the Forge and gaining the Sigil Stone.

    The Wanderers Skills

    Conjuration: This build heavily utilises Conjuration, not only for summoning our Dremora Lords and later our Dremora Thralls, while using the mysterious Atronach Forge to create our Daedric Armour.
    Destruction: This skill is primarily used for increasing our charges on our Cudgel, doing ranged damge via Fire, Frost and Shock spells.
    Two Handed: This skill is mainly used for increasing our damage of our Cudgel, as it is our only other means of attacking, besides using Destruction spells.
    Alchemy: This skill is used for delivering poisons to our enemies and for creating buffing poisons that will help us and our Dremora Thralls.
    Heavy Armour: This skill is only used for increasing our survivability and for increasing our armour rating as without it, we would only have roughly 144 while wearing a full set of Daedric Armour

    The Unknown (Level 1-25)

    You awaken in Skyrim, looking around you see that it failed and succeed at the same time. You are surrounded by a small dying ring of fire, and you notice the so called Legion, coming to grab you. You try to cast your Magicka, and destroy them but you forget that you are in a new body and are unable to cast any spells. They grab you and take you place you on the carriage to a place called Helgen.

    At first glance, you make think this is your average (so called) Death Knight. This is nowhere near the so called Death Knights. You won't have much power due to being 'drained' while transferring yourself to another body. But you seek any means possible to gain that power back.

    Once you leave Helgen with Hadvar, go to the Guardian Stones and take the Mage Stone as it will become helpful later on. Level your Smithing as high as possible before leaving. Some ways include; taking any ingots as gifts, mining for iron ore at Embershard Mine, taking any ingots for free.

    After that walk to Whiterun, via Riverwood and head to Dragonsreach. But be sure to clear out any Bandit dungeons and take what even you can carry. Once you are at Whiterun, sell your unnecessary items and then go to Dragonsreach, buy the following spells from Farengar; Bound Battleaxe, Fire Rune, Frost Rune, Shock Rune, Raise Zombie. If you do not have the necessary funds for these spell tomes, only buy the Bound Battleaxe, Fire Rune and Raise Zombie.

    Enter Bleak Falls Barrow, with the Bound Battleaxe and cast it when ever any enemies are near by but raise an zombie if possible before summoning the Bound Battleaxe. Doing so will level up Conjuration quickly. You should have around level 40-50 Conjuration once you leave Bleak Falls. If there is a small doorway, with heaps of enemies rushing towards you, cast a Fire Rune at the ground.  The more enemies you damage with Destruction spells, the more XP you get.
    These quests you should aim to start and finish while being the Unknown;
    - The White Phial   - Main Questline (Up till The Way of the Voice)
    - Pieces of the Past (great source of Daedra Hearts)   - College of Winterhold Main Questline

    The Unknown Apparel Overview

    As you can tell the Unknown uses Steel Plate Armour, minus the gloves and the helmet. Your main weapon shall be the Bound Battleaxe, which you can buy from Farenager Secret-Fire at level 1 in Dragonsreach. You can simply obtain the Novice Hood, at the torture rooms in Helgen, while you are escaping.

    To obtain the Steel Plate gear, you must have 100 septims when you enter Whiterun. Once you have the gold/septims, head to the Bannered Mare (in Whiterun obviously) and talk to Uthgerd the Unbroken. She will challenge you to a brawl. Accept the brawl, it may be hard to fight her due to her wearing Steel Plate armour. Once you win the brawl, she will become your follower, ask her to come with you and then simply take her away from Whiterun (Bleak Falls Barrow is a good place) and kill her. BUT make sure you have taken her Steel Greatsword off her before you attempt to kill her. Killing her will give you Steel Plate armour which is good for low level players and saves you waiting till level 19 to even buy it from merchants.

    You may be wondering why I have added the Ironhand Gauntlets, the reason is because they are pre-enchanted with Fortify Two Handed which will help increase the damage of your Bound Battleaxe as it only does only 17 damage, without the perk Mystic Binding. You can find the Ironhand Gauntlets on Hajvarr Iron-Hand. Iron-Hand can only be found at White River Watch which is east of Whiterun.

    As you can tell, I haven't added any rings or amulets that you should equip. The reason is that sometimes you may find a Ring of Conjuration and the second time you won't. I recommend finding/buying a necklace that has a Fortify Magicka enchantment placed on it and for the ring I recommend finding/buying a ring that has a Fortify Two Handed or Fortify Conjuration enchantment.

    The Wanderer (Level 25+)

    You now have regained most of your spells, but there are some that you still must obtain. You are finally powerful enough to use the Atronach Forge, without being casted back into Oblivion and you are now (hopefully) powerful enough to take on the so called General Falx Carius bearer of the Cudgel.

    Now, this is where the fun beings. You now have fully regained most your powers and now you are able to take on the Gerneral Falx Carius but first, there are artifacts that you must obtain to further increase your power and your survivability. The artifacts that you must attempt to obtain are; the Black Star (which will become quite useful for recharging your Cudgel), Ahizdal's Ring of Arcana (this ring will give you the unique Destruction spells Ignite and Freeze), Ring of Erudite (which will further increase your power), Gauldur Amulet (reforged as it will give your stats a 'boost' until you can obtain your Daedric Armour) and the Sigil Stone (obtained from the Conjuration Ritual Quest). Once you have these items, you will be powerful enough to destroy Falx and obtain the Cudgel.

    Once you have the Cudgel, you won't be using the Bound Battleaxe anymore. But the Bound Battleaxe can come useful, if you get Disarmed. After you have obtained the artifacts that I have listed above, you need to (if you haven't already) find the Forge.

    Now, after you have obtained the Cudgel and created the Daedric armour, there is one more thing you need to do. Summon your Dremora Thralls! To summon them, all you need is the Master Conjuration Spell Dead Thrall and one Dremora. Simply cast Dead Thrall on the Dremora and there you go. Once you obtain Twin Souls I highly recommend finding another Dremora to become your minion of mass destructiom. For the Dremora, I chose two Dremora Mages as they provide heavy cover fire and they are never slowed down by Daedric armour.

    NOTE: There is only a few Dremora you are able to cast Dead Thrall onto as they are not 'connected' to Oblivon. To my knowledge you can only use the Dremora at Dagon's Shrine (which respawn every 10 days). I am unsure about the Dremora from the Forge. Also the strongest Dremora (mage and warrior) you are able to get (even with Necromage and Vampirism) is the Dremora Markynaz which are only found at level 36-46.

    The quests you should aim to do while you are the Wanderer are;
     - Repairing the Phial   - Main Questline ( Up till Throat of the World, you can go further if you wish)
    - March of the Dead   - Conjuration Ritual Spell   - Dawnguard Main Quest (Volkihar Clan side)
     - Rings of Blood Magic (via Dawnguard Quest)   - Dark Brotherhood Main quest   - Forbidden Legends

    The Wanderer Apparel Overview

    As you can tell from reading the equipment spread below we shall be using Daedric enchanted armour, Ahzidal's Ring of Arcana, Ring of Erdiute, and the Gauldur Amulet (reforged obviously). You may (or may not) have noticed that I have not added in the Cudgel, this was due to the image being too long if I did add it.

    The Daedric armour set you will be wearing has the strongest enchantments that you can get (in game without using Enchanting or any exploits or glitches). The Ring of the Eridute will help you a lot when you are in your ranged stance which is casting Fire/Frost/Shock spells and if need be you can simply switch rings between the Ring of the Eridute and the Ring of Arcana. The Gauldur Amulet will help provide a 'healthy' boost to all of our stats, without us needing to create any Fortify Health/Magicka/Stamina Potions.

    Now, by the time you have obtained your Daedric Armour you should have these perks;
    - Augmented Flames 2/2 - Augmented Frost 2/2 -Augmented Shock 2/2 Having these perks will increase the Chaos Damage on our Champions Cudgel which can make a huge difference between life and death in battle.

    With the Steed Stone equipped, and while having a full set of Daedric armour, you are able to carry multiple copies of the armour without being slowed down. If the player has 10 Iron Armour in their inventory, equipping one will make all of them weightless, this remains true even if the worn armour is enhanced by smithing, enchanted and renamed. Enabling use to carry armour for every occasion. In the image below I have decided to add Daedric Armour of Peerless Destruction, Daedric Armour of Peerless Conjuration as they weight nothing due to the Steed Stone and they will come in handy if we need to 'rethrall' our Dremora (Conjuration piece) or if we need to target an enemy that is out of our range (Destruction piece).

    Creation of Daedric Armour

    Ah, creation of the Daedric gear. You may be wondering why I decided to add it into its own section, well the reason is because;  Thanks to Fevnall I have found a new way of summoning our gear without having to reload. You will need the following ;
    - Void Salts - Greater Soul Gem filled
    - Daedra Heart - Ebony Ingot

    Through out your 'adventures' you should keep an eye out for these items, you can easily 'farm' ebony ingots and Daedra Hearts from Dagon's Shrine as it resets every 10 days, you can simply buy Void Salts from alchemists in Skyrim and Greater Soul Gems (filled) from court mages or the College of Winterhold.

    Now, once you have gained as much of these resources as you need (or when you get the Sigil Stone works either way), place 1 of each 'ingredient' inside the offering box. Here comes the tricky part, you have one choice (I need to test it when I get the chance), which is a Slow Time tap. I shall explain the Slow Time Tap below..One way is via the Slow Time Tap (invented by Fevnall). To do it, place 1 of each resource inside the offering box and hit the lever. Then quickly use Slow Time and go into the offering box and grab your resources back out before they get 'consumed'. Doing so will still give you a random enchanted piece of Daedric armour and will leave you with enough resources to do it again.

    Potions and Poisons

    The potions and poisons below are what I recommend using. To apply the potion Recharge, use the Bound Bow/Dagger while aiming at your Dremora Thralls/Mage followers as using the Cudgel may kill them (via the Chaos Damage enchantment). To apply the potion Weakened, I recommend using the Bound Bow while you are using Destruction spells.

    Charged (Potion)
    Usage: Best used for melee combat, as the Fortifty Destruction temporarily lowers our charges on our Cudgel, while the Resist Shock stops most damage for a period of time.

    Ingredients: Glow Dust, Glowing Mushroom and Nightshade
    Effects: Fortify Destruction, Resist Shock, Decrease Magicka Regen

    Weakened (Poison)
    Usage: Best used fleeing enemies and when you wish to use multiple poisons as this poison increases the effects due to the Weakness to Poison.

    Ingredients: Deathbell, Giant Lichen, Trama Root
    Effects: Slow, Weakness to Poison, Weakness to Shock

    Recharge (Potion)
    Usage: Best used on Dremora Thralls and/or Mage followers.

    Ingredients: Dwarven Oil and Taproot
    Effects: Increase Magicka Regen, Restore Magicka, Fortify Illusion, Weakness to Magic.

    Roleplay

    You seek out any and all artifacts from the legendary Elder Scrolls themselves to the Daedric Artifacts such as the Skull of Corruption. Hoard anything that has a large amount of power, such as the Staff of Magnus as you may be able to learn how to tap into its power. Search any and all Dwarven ruins (e.g Mzulft, Deep Folk Crossing, Arkinghad) and bring anything from there that you can either; use (dwarven scrap metal) and/or learn from (e.g Visage of Mzund).

    Another thing, you may be a power hungry, war hammer, Daedra summoning legend who wishes to destroy Nirn and Oblivion, but back in your time you never killed innocents. Never. The only innocents that you kill are ones that insult you, betray you, or just in general annoy you (Nazeem anyone?). If you kill an innocent lay Red Mountain Flowers upon their corpse.

    When (and you will trust me) past the person, surronded in a ring of fire (how ironic), with the Flame Cloak spell tome, pay your respects to this person. As this person was your only descendant... That person, singed, is... was your only living relative, who in fear tried destroying the Forge, in hope to bring you back from Oblivion,

    Be sure to hunt down the Dragon Priests as their Masks are powerful artifacts, that may come in handy. Powerful artifacts that you should hunt down are; Eye of Magnus, Staff of Magnus, Black Books, Elder Scrolls, Dragon Priest Masks etc. Also attempt to find every single Word of Power, as (which you will find out) the more Words of Power you find, the stronger you become.

    Well, I guess that's it. This has been a great fun from start to finish (besides my browser crashing constantly). I am currently play testing this build and I may or may not be adding more such as the Special Moves. I'd like to thank Fevnall, Dragonborn, Relycs and everyone else in the Workshop for helping me fine tune this build. This build may have some things that need adding/changing. If so let me know. Thanks for reading, till next time!

    Nice build. You even fixed the perk-/equipmentspread(s). It's much more readable than before.

    Thanks Frieza. This build admittedly could have been done better but now I know my strengths and weaknesses.

  • January 13, 2016

    Yeah I did, after hours and hours on Photoshop I decided I had little to no choice.

    I like it! Some spelling mistakes here and there but it doesn't detract much from the text. +1 from me.

    Glad you liked it Kendo, I'll go over it and fix the spelling errors later today.

    Hmm.. I'd say Chaotic Evil, due th the Wanderer wanting to rain destruction and chaos upon Tamriel and Oblivion.

    Just seeing this Lee.  Could use some cleaning up maybe but an interesting build and I like the Slow Time Tap; very unique.

    Yeah, good point sometime today hopefully I'll clean it up.
