I have already grabbed the first word in slow time before getting necromage, is that going to be a problem later on? Or will it fix once I get the second?

It doesn't truly matter when you get the words: the shout applies the effect when it is put on you and therefore is subject to necromage each time it is applied. For a summary, you can have all 3 words use it before taking necrovamp and then use all 3 after taking necrovamp and it will apply the difference.

I agree with Chris Diokno, I am a huge Doctor Who nerd and I never would have thoguht of something like this.

How do I post a build???

Hey FishDoubt! First off, I loved this build when it first came out... great stuff!

I'm on the project restoration team, and I've been assigned to restore the first half of the Exemplar builds (which this build falls into).

I noticed that The Weeping Angel  has all its images in place, which leads me to believe that you have restored the images for this build. However, I have also noticed that there are little things that appear different--the 2nd image in your original 'The Build' section, for example, has text wrapping around it, but here it is centered. Also, your Special Moves images originally had text wrapped around them, but they currently sit above the text.

Is this on purpose, or have you just decided, "I'm fed up with trying to make it behave like I want it to" (text wrapping can be a bit of a beast on this new site).

I can make those images more like they were in the original if you like, but because it looks like you've worked on this build since the site switch, I thought I'd ask if that's what you want rather than just dive right in and do it. Let me know ;D
